Ingredients

  • 2 small (220 g) avocados (weight without skin and stone)
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) dairy-free milk
  • 2 1/2-3 Tbsp (50-60 g) maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1 heaped Tbsp (20 g) almond butter or nut/seed butter of choice
  • 4 Tbsp (25 g) cocoa powder unsweetened
  • Vanilla extract to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Check the video in the post for visual instructions.
First, slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and transfer the flesh to a small blender or food processor.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Then taste it and adjust any of the ingredients to your liking.
  • Serve the avocado pudding in bowls, optionally garnished with crushed nuts – enjoy!

Notes

  • Leave to chill: If you have the time, I highly recommend leaving the pudding to chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes before serving. This improves the taste and texture.
  • For thicker/thinner pudding: Adjust the amount of plant-based milk you add.
