This homemade nut-free granola recipe is incredibly tasty and a budget-friendly alternative to store-bought granola. It's perfect for breakfast or as a crunchy snack!

This granola is not only nut-free, but it's also gluten-free, vegan (dairy-free), oil-free, refined sugar-free, healthy, and easy to make!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Shredded Coconut

Mulberries

Goji Berries

Spices

Raisins and dried fruit of choice

Sunflower Seeds

Oats

Peanut Butter

Maple Syrup

Add all dry ingredients into a bowl along with dried fruit, maple syrup, sunflower seed butter, and vanilla extract. Stir with a spoon until everything is well mixed.

STEP 1

Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper. Spread it out evenly with a spoon.

STEP 2

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Then gently press the granola down with a wooden spoon (or spatula) so that it sticks together.

STEP 3

Let it cool completely without touching it. Once it gets cooler, the granola will crisp up. Store in air-tight containers.
