First, cook rice or noodles and optionally the protein of your choice. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add the onion and carrot and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

STEP 1

Add the pepper, snow peas, and celery. Then add the cabbage and fry the veggies for 3-5 minutes to soften them slightly. Add the garlic, ginger, bean sprouts, and stir-fry for a further minute.

STEP 2

Meanwhile, combine all the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and stir with a whisk until thoroughly combined.

STEP 3

Pour the sauce into the frying pan, stir, and bring it to a simmer. Cook for about one minute, then turn off the heat.
