WHAT YOU WILL NEED

First, soak the cashews in hot water for around an hour OR boil them for 10-15 minutes, until tender. Then discard the water.

STEP 1

Next, transfer all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy.

STEP 2

Pour the creamy vegan mixture into a small/medium saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat.

STEP 3

Then immediately reduce the heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes, until thick and ‘stretchy,’ stirring constantly. Then remove it from the heat.
