How to make vegan condensed milk in 5 minutes – with no heating required!

This ‘instant’ condensed milk substitute uses just 3 ingredients (plus salt and water) and can even be made sugar-free (low-carb or keto)!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED 

Add the soy milk powder, icing sugar, and a pinch of salt to a medium bowl. Combine with a whisk or blend in a high-speed blender for a few seconds.

STEP 1

Add the water and mix well.

STEP 2

Then finally add the tahini (or substitute) and give a final good mix- your vegan condensed milk is ready!

STEP 3

If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add a little more water. The thickness will also depend on which sugar you use, i.e., regular icing sugar, powdered Xylitol, etc.
