Preheat the oven to 380°F/195 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, sifting the baking powder and soda if they’re clumpy.
Add the water and vinegar to the bowl. Mix it into a rough dough with a spoon. Use your hands to knead the dough. It will seem too wet at first, but becomes pliable within minutes.
Make 4-5 elongated angled slits down each one with a knife (this no yeast bread requires no rising time!). Bake the gluten-free French bread loaves in the oven for
about 50-60 minutes.
