Mit den richtigen Gew\u00fcrzen und Zutaten kannst du jedoch eine gesunde, herzhafte Beilage oder Hauptmahlzeit zaubern, von der du gerne noch ein zweites oder drittes Mal isst. Zu meinen Favoriten z\u00e4hlen <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/gebratener-reis\/\">gebratener Reis<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/djuvec-reis\/\">Djuvec Reis<\/a><\/strong> und nat\u00fcrlich dieser griechisch-inspirierte Tomatenreis.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser mediterrane Reis basiert auf einer meiner Lieblingsbeilagen aus dem griechischen Restaurant in meiner N\u00e4he und besteht aus nur 7 einfachen Zutaten aus der Speisekammer, die ein kulinarisches Reisgericht ergeben. Im Grunde ist es einfach nur Reis mit Tomatenso\u00dfe, aber die Zugabe von Gyrosgew\u00fcrz (selbstgemacht oder gekauft), Knoblauch und Zwiebeln sorgen f\u00fcr eine Vielzahl von Aromen und ein Gericht, das perfekt zu vielen Hauptgerichten passt.<\/p>\n<p>Ich liebe es, diesen griechischen Reis zusammen mit anderen griechischen und mediterranen Spezialit\u00e4ten wie <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganes-gyros\/\"><strong>veganes Gyros<\/strong><\/a>, Spie\u00dfe, Souvlaki oder Kofte und <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/vegan-tzatziki-sauce\/\"><strong>Tzatziki<\/strong><\/a> zu genie\u00dfen. Passe die Menge an deine pers\u00f6nliche Vorliebe an.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tomate:<\/strong> Ich habe eine Kombination aus passierten Tomaten und Tomatenmark f\u00fcr einen intensiven Geschmack benutzt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gyrosgew\u00fcrz:<\/strong> Ich habe selbstgemachtes Gyrosgew\u00fcrz verwendet (siehe Rezept-Anmerkungen). Du kannst aber auch eine gekaufte Gew\u00fcrzmischung nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche:<\/strong> Alternativ kannst du auch einfach Salz verwenden. F\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzlichen Geschmack kannst du den Reis auch mit Br\u00fche anstelle von Wasser kochen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Optionale Zutaten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kr\u00e4uter:<\/strong> Die traditionelle Variante enth\u00e4lt Petersilie, aber auch Oregano und Dill eignen sich gut f\u00fcr Reis mit Tomatensauce. R\u00fchre sie am Ende des Kochvorgangs unter den Reis.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anderes Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong> Du kannst verschiedene Gem\u00fcsesorten hinzuf\u00fcgen, z. B. fein gehackte Paprika, geraspelte Karotten, Zucchini, Spinat, Kichererbsen und Oliven.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter:<\/strong> K\u00f6nnen dem Reis beim Kochen hinzugef\u00fcgt werden, um ihm zus\u00e4tzlichen Geschmack zu verleihen. Vor dem Servieren entfernen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zitrone:<\/strong> Die Zugabe von Zitrone ist k\u00f6stlich und hilft, dem Tomatenreis eine frische Note zu verleihen. Diese etwa vier Minuten lang anbraten, dann den Knoblauch, das Tomatenmark und das Gyrosgew\u00fcrz hinzuf\u00fcgen.
