Genau wie mein <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/tahini-dressing\/\">Tahini Dressing<\/a><\/strong> kannst du dieses Rezept als Dip verwenden oder zu einem d\u00fcnneren Dressing abwandeln, sodass es eine tolle Erg\u00e4nzung f\u00fcr deine Rezeptsammlung ist. Au\u00dferdem lassen sich Reste bis zu zwei Wochen im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren. F\u00fcr eine nussfreie Alternative kannst du auch Sonnenblumenkernmus verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sojasauce:<\/strong> Wenn du dich glutenfrei ern\u00e4hrst, kannst du Tamari oder Kokos-Aminos verwenden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus kannst du auch eine salzreduzierte Alternative nehmen, wenn du das bevorzugst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Essig:<\/strong> Du kannst Reisessig oder Limettensaft benutzen. Ich habe auch schon Balsamico-Essig ausprobiert &#8211; obwohl das kein klassisches Thai-Aroma ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker:<\/strong> Ein bisschen Zucker hilft wirklich, alle Aromen in dieser Peanut Sauce auszugleichen. Ich habe auch schon mehrmals problemlos Ahornsirup verwendet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aromen:<\/strong> Ich habe frisch geriebenen Ingwer und Knoblauch verwendet. Du kannst alternativ auch gekaufte Ingwer-Knoblauch-Paste nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> Alternativ geht auch Wasser, um die Sauce zu verd\u00fcnnen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze (optional):<\/strong> Du kannst eine Prise rote Chiliflocken (oder sogar ein wenig Chilisauce wie Sriracha) f\u00fcr etwas Sch\u00e4rfe hinzuf\u00fcgen. Wasser) in eine Schale oder ein Gef\u00e4\u00df geben und mit einem kleinen Schneebesen gut verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Danach langsam die Milch\/das Wasser hinzugeben, einen Essl\u00f6ffel nach dem anderen, um die Peanut Sauce bis zur gew\u00fcnschten Konsistenz zu verd\u00fcnnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Durch Zugabe von noch mehr Milch\/Wasser l\u00e4sst sich dieser Erdnussdip leicht in ein Dressing verwandeln.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend die Sauce abschmecken und die Zutaten nach pers\u00f6nlichem Geschmack anpassen. D.h. Wenn sich die Sauce leicht absetzt, verquirle sie vor dem Servieren einfach erneut und f\u00fcge bei Bedarf mehr Wasser hinzu.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe es zwar noch nicht ausprobiert, aber du kannst die Sauce vielleicht auch bis zu zwei Monate einfrieren. W\u00e4hle stattdessen eine cremige, naturbelassene Erdnussbutter, die von hoher Qualit\u00e4t ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anpassen der Zutaten:<\/strong> Dieses Erdnusssaucen-Rezept ist super vielseitig, und so ziemlich jede einzelne Zutat l\u00e4sst sich an den pers\u00f6nlichen Geschmack anpassen. Ich empfehle, die Sojasauce (oder Tamari) nach und nach hinzuzuf\u00fcgen. Vor allem, wenn du wei\u00dft, dass du salzige Aromen nicht besonders magst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr ein Dressing: <\/strong>F\u00fcge einfach mehr Kokosmilch\/Wasser hinzu. Ich gebe dann auch gerne noch ein wenig etwas \u00d6l hinzu. Dadurch erh\u00e4lt man eine besonders geschmeidige Sauce und einen noch besseren Geschmack.
