Seien wir ehrlich, es schmeckt gro\u00dfartig, und es macht auch so viel Spa\u00df, es in der Gruppe zuzubereiten (Sushi-Party!). Also dachte ich, es ist endlich an der Zeit, ein Rezept f\u00fcr diese k\u00f6stlichen (und vielseitigen) veganen Sushi-Rollen zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen.<\/p>\n<p>Sushi selber zu machen ist viel einfacher als es scheint! Au\u00dferdem ist es leicht zu variieren und kann mit vielen k\u00f6stlichen, frischen Gem\u00fcsesorten und Zutaten deiner Wahl wie Avocado, Gurke, Paprika und sogar veganem Frischk\u00e4se gef\u00fcllt werden. Abtropfen lassen, dann in einen Topf geben und mit reichlich kaltem Wasser bedecken.<\/li>\n<li>Den Reis 20-30 Minuten lang einweichen lassen, dann abgie\u00dfen und 900 ml frisches Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Schritt 2: Sushi-Reis kochen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Das Wasser bei mittlerer Hitze zum Kochen bringen, dann die Hitze auf ein leichtes K\u00f6cheln reduzieren, mit einem Deckel abdecken und den Reis etwa 12-15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln\/quellen lassen. Die Herdplatte ausschalten und den Topf (immer noch zugedeckt) f\u00fcr weitere 10 Minuten ausdampfen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit in einem kleinen Kochtopf den Reisessig, den Zucker und das Salz erhitzen. Dabei so lange r\u00fchren, bis der Zucker und das Salz sich vollst\u00e4ndig aufgel\u00f6st haben, aber die Mischung nicht kochen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend den Reis in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben und die Reisessig-Mischung dar\u00fcber gie\u00dfen. Hierauf gen\u00fcgend Reis verwenden, um ihn als d\u00fcnne Schicht auf dem Blatt zu verteilen, wobei die unteren 3-4 cm frei bleiben sollten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Ich empfehle, eine kleine Sch\u00fcssel mit Wasser in der N\u00e4he zu haben, in welche du deine Finger oft eintauchen kannst, um zu verhindern, dass der Reis an ihnen kleben bleibt.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dann ist es an der Zeit, die Sushi-Rollen mit Gem\u00fcse zu f\u00fcllen. Hierf\u00fcr die Gem\u00fcsesticks in 2-3 Reihen nebeneinander auf das obere Drittel des Nori-Blattes legen. Au\u00dferdem schmecken auch h\u00e4ssliche Sushi-Rollen gut (juhuu!).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nun die Bambusmatte nehmen, um das Nori-Blatt zu rollen (folge den Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Bildern). Ich bestreue sie auch gerne mit Sesam. Du kannst die Gem\u00fcse-Sushi-Rollen auch mit veganer Mayo genie\u00dfen, eine scharfe vegane Mayo mit der Zugabe von Sriracha zubereiten oder sogar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/yum-yum-sauce-veganer-dip\/\">Yum Yum Sauce<\/a> <\/strong>verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><b>Aufbewahrung:<\/b> Dieses Sushi Rezept genie\u00dft man am besten so frisch wie m\u00f6glich, da der Reis anf\u00e4ngt auszutrocknen und sich die Qualit\u00e4t dadurch verschlechtert. Ich empfehle, die Sushi-Rollen fest in Frischhaltefolie eingewickelt f\u00fcr 2-3 Tage aufzubewahren. Versuche aber, sie m\u00f6glichst innerhalb von 24 Stunden zu essen. Der in Essig eingelegte, gew\u00fcrzte Reis wird mit Gem\u00fcse, Fisch und anderen Proteinen in verschiedenen Formen kombiniert. Dieses Rezept ist zum Beispiel f\u00fcr vegane Sushi Rollen alias &#8222;<strong>Makizushi<\/strong>&#8222;, eine Rolle mit Reis und F\u00fcllungen, die in getrockneten Meeresalgen (Nori) eingewickelt sind.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann man den wei\u00dfen Reis im Sushi ersetzen?<\/h3>\n<p>Du kanst verschiedene Reissorten\/Getreide f\u00fcr Sushi verwenden, z. B. braunen Sushi-Reis (wird \u00e4hnlich gekocht, aber etwas l\u00e4nger), Quinoa, Couscous oder sogar Blumenkohlreis (Low-Carb-Option). Es gibt auch M\u00f6glichkeiten, Sushi mit rotem Reis und schwarzem Reis zuzubereiten. Beide erfordern jedoch eine andere Koch-\/Zubereitungsmethode. Ich pers\u00f6nlich empfehle, keinen Langkornreis zu verwenden, da dieser nicht so gut klebt.<\/p>\n<h3>Wie kann ich das vegane Sushi sonst noch rollen?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mach einen Sushi-Burrito:<\/strong> Schneide eine Sushi Rolle in zwei H\u00e4lften (in einem leichten Winkel), und voil\u00e0, es entstehen zwei Sushi-Burritos. Perfekt f\u00fcr ein schnelles Mittagessen, f\u00fcr das keine K\u00fcchenutensilien ben\u00f6tigt werden!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rolle das Sushi zu einer Temaki-Rolle:<\/strong> Schneide jedes Nori-Blatt in der Mitte durch und belege dann das linke 1\/3 des Nori mit dem Reis und der F\u00fcllung deiner Wahl (achte darauf, dass die untere linke Ecke zum \u00dcberrollen frei bleibt. Dann rolle von der unteren Ecke aus von links nach rechts, und du hast eine dreieckige vegetarische Sushi-&#8222;Temaki&#8220;-Rolle. Kein festes Aufrollen oder Bambusmatten n\u00f6tig!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Von Innen nach Au\u00dfen rollen (Uramaki):<\/strong> Verteile den Reis wie oben beschrieben auf dem Nori-Blatt. Drehe dann das Nori um und lege die Seite mit dem Reis nach unten auf eine Frischhaltefolie. Gib deine F\u00fcllung \u00fcber das Nori und rolle es dann auf und verschlie\u00dfe es.
