Du kannst aber jede Saat deiner Wahl verwenden. K\u00fcrbiskerne, Mohn und Sesam zum Beispiel funktionieren auch sehr gut.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die Mehle:<\/strong> Ich verwende eine Mischung aus Vollkorn-Reismehl, Kichererbsenmehl und Tapiokamehl (oder Pfeilwurzelmehl) f\u00fcr die perfekte Konsistenz. Ich habe das Rezept einmal mit Hafermehl (anstelle von Kichererbsenmehl) ausprobiert, was auch funktioniert hat, aber ich bevorzuge Kichererbsenmehl.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flohsamenschalenpulver:<\/strong> Wenn du nur ganze Flohsamenschalen hast, kannst du sie zuerst in einer elektrischen Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle mahlen. Diese Zutat hilft, das Gluten von normalem Mehl zu ersetzen und macht das Brot fluffiger. Sie ist f\u00fcr das Br\u00f6tchenrezept unverzichtbar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene Chiasamen:<\/strong> Wenn du ganze Chiasamen hast, kannst du sie f\u00fcr ein paar Sekunden in einer Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle oder einem Mixer\/Food Prozessor mahlen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backpulver:<\/strong> Hilft, dass diese hefefreien Br\u00f6tchen aufgehen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apfelessig:<\/strong> Ich empfehle die Verwendung von naturbelassenem und unpasteurisiertem Apfelessig. Apfelessig hilft, glutenfreien Teig zu festigen und sorgt f\u00fcr eine elastischere Beschaffenheit. Erstens hilft es, sie durch das Einweichen besser zu verdauen. Das Einweichen verhindert dar\u00fcber hinaus auch, dass die Zutaten die Feuchtigkeit aus dem Brotteig aufsaugen.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich glutenfreie Br\u00f6tchen noch knuspriger machen?<\/h3>\n<p>Du kannst ein paar Eisw\u00fcrfel (in einer ofenfesten Schale) in den Ofen geben, w\u00e4hrend du die Vollkornbr\u00f6tchen backst.
