Somit ist das Gericht eine gebackene Alternative zu einem cremigen Blumenkohl Curry.<\/p>\n<p>Normalerweise enth\u00e4lt ein Blumenkohl Gratin reichlich H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche, Unmengen von Mayo, Butter und Sahne &#8211; muss ich noch mehr sagen?! Verwende die von dir bevorzugte Sch\u00e4rfe. Alternativ kannst du auch Garam Masala nehmen, aber der Geschmack wird etwas anders sein.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Ich habe eine Mischung aus Salz, Pfeffer, Zwiebelpulver, Knoblauchpulver, Paprika und gemahlenem Kreuzk\u00fcmmel verwendet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Die Sahneso\u00dfe:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> Kokosmilch aus der Dose verleiht dem Curry eine intensive und cremige Note, ohne dass Milchprodukte verwendet werden m\u00fcssen. Vielleicht kannst du sie durch eine andere pflanzliche &#8222;Sahne&#8220; ersetzen, aber ich habe es nicht ausprobiert.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maisst\u00e4rke:<\/strong> Alternativ kann die So\u00dfe auch mit Tapiokast\u00e4rke eingedickt werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hefeflocken:<\/strong> Dies ist optional, verleiht dem Blumenkohl Curry aber einen zus\u00e4tzlichen Umami-Geschmack und eine leichte K\u00e4senote.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Ich habe eine einfache Kombination aus Salz und ger\u00e4uchertem Paprika f\u00fcr die So\u00dfe verwendet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zum \u00dcberbacken des Blumenkohl Auflaufs habe ich veganen K\u00e4se verwendet (geriebener K\u00e4se funktioniert am besten).
