Ich habe bereits mehrere glutenfreie Pizza-Rezepte ver\u00f6ffentlicht, darunter einen einfachen <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/glutenfreier-pizzateig-veganes-rezept\/\">glutenfreien Pizzateig<\/a><\/strong>, ein <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/suesskartoffel-pizza-teig\/\">S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel-Pizzaboden Rezept<\/a><\/strong> und eine <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/pizza-kuchen-rezept-vegan-glutenfrei\/\">vegane Deep-Dish Pizza<\/a>.<\/strong> Nun ist diese Zucchini Pizza an der Reihe!<\/p>\n<p>Der Teig der Pizza ist nicht nur glutenfrei (ohne Mehl), er enth\u00e4lt stattdessen u.a. Sonnenblumenkerne. Somit eignet sich das Rezept perfekt als k\u00f6stlicher Keto Pizzaboden. Viele der Low Carb Pizza Rezepte, die ich bisher gesehen habe, basieren auf K\u00e4se als Bindemittel. Sie sind vielleicht lecker, enthalten aber eine Menge zus\u00e4tzliches Fett und Kalorien.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser gesunde Pizzateig besteht im Wesentlichen zu 90 % aus vollwertigen\/nat\u00fcrlichen Zutaten wie Zucchini und Kernen &#8211; und schmeckt einfach fantastisch, vor allem, wenn er mit einer Marinara-Sauce, etwas <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-kaese-rezept\/\">veganem K\u00e4se<\/a><\/strong> und den Toppings deiner Wahl belegt wird!<\/p>\n<p>Das Beste ist, dass die Zubereitung nur wenige Minuten dauert, da der Pizzateig ohne Hefe zubereitet wird und somit vor dem Backen nicht &#8222;ruhen&#8220; muss. Alternativ kannst du eventuell auch gelbe Zucchini verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flohsamenschalenpulver<\/strong>: Ich habe f\u00fcr dieses Rezept nur das Pulver verwendet. Wenn du ganze Flohsamenschalen hast, kannst du sie mit einer elektrischen Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle\/einem Mixer zermahlen (siehe Rezept-Anmerkungen).<\/li>\n<li><b>Sonnenblumenkerne<\/b>: Ich habe eine elektrische Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle verwendet, um die Kerne zu einer mehligen Konsistenz zu verarbeiten (ein Mixer sollte auch funktionieren). Anschlie\u00dfend die <em>\u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Fl\u00fcssigkeit<\/em> aus der Zucchini pressen. Du kannst daf\u00fcr einfach ein K\u00fcchentuch nehmen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Meine Zucchini wog vor dem Auspressen 230 g und danach 170 g.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nun den Ofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen und ein Backblech mit Backpapier (oder einer Silikonmatte) auslegen. Ich empfehle das Papier auch etwas einzu\u00f6len.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Schritt 2: Den glutenfreien Pizzateig herstellen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bei Verwendung von Sonnenblumenkernen diese zun\u00e4chst zu Mehl verarbeiten. Danach zusammen mit dem Flohsamenschalenpulver, der italienischen Gew\u00fcrzmischung, dem Salz und den Hefeflocken in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und alles miteinander vermengen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Trockenmischung zu der geraspelten Zucchini geben und mit einem L\u00f6ffel gr\u00fcndlich verr\u00fchren, bevor die Teigmasse anschlie\u00dfend mit den H\u00e4nden geknetet wird, bis der glutenfreie Pizzateig zusammenh\u00e4lt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16302\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/4-step-by-step-photos-how-to-make-a-low-carb-zucchini-pizza-crust.jpg\" alt=\"4 Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Fotos, wie man einen Low-Carb Pizzaboden macht\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1500\" data-pin-description=\"Der Teig dieser Low Carb Zucchini Pizza besteht aus nur f\u00fcnf einfachen pflanzlichen Zutaten und wird ohne Mehl, K\u00e4se oder Ei gebacken! Ich habe den Zucchini Pizzaboden mit Tomatensauce, Pilzen, Mais und meiner selbstgemachten <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kaesesauce-einfaches-rezept\/\">veganen K\u00e4sesauce<\/a> <\/strong>belegt.<\/li>\n<li>Sobald der Pizzaboden fertig ist, diesen mit den Toppings belegen und f\u00fcr weitere 10-15 Minuten in den Ofen schieben. Lass den Teig dann vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen, wickel ihn fest in Frischhaltefolie oder Folie ein und friere ihn f\u00fcr 1-2 Monate ein, anstatt ihn zu belegen.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du mehrere Pizzab\u00f6den auf einmal vorbereitest, kannst du sie mit Backpapier zwischen den einzelnen Lagen einfrieren, damit sie nicht zusammenkleben. Du kannst dann die Pizza direkt aus dem Gefrierfach backen, indem du sie mit der So\u00dfe und den Toppings belegst und im Ofen 15-20 Minuten bei 190 \u00b0C backst.<\/p>\n<p>Alternativ kannst du den ungebackenen Teigboden auch bis zu einem Tag im Voraus zubereiten. Im K\u00fchlschrank abgedeckt aufbewahren, bis du die Low Carb Pizza backen m\u00f6chtest.<\/p>\n<p><b>Aufbewahrung:<\/b> Sobald die belegte Pizza fertig gebacken ist, empfehle ich dir, sie sofort zu essen. Denn dann schmeckt sie am besten. \u00dcbrig gebliebene Reste kannst du jedoch in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr 1-2 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.
