Dandan Nudeln).<\/p>\n<p>Traditionell enthalten Dan Dan Nudeln eingelegtes Gem\u00fcse mit einer w\u00fcrzigen So\u00dfe und Schweinehackfleisch \u00fcber den Nudeln &#8211; entweder trocken oder als Suppe serviert. Es gibt mehrere lokale und einige internationale Variationen, unter anderem mit der Zugabe von Sesampaste und\/oder Erdnussmus f\u00fcr die amerikanisch-chinesische Version der Dan Dan und Tan Tan Nudeln.<\/p>\n<p>Tantanmen (auch Tantan Ramen, Tan Tan Ramen und Tan Tan Nudeln genannt) ist ein Ramengericht, welches mit scharfer Chili- und Sesambr\u00fche serviert wird. Traditionell enth\u00e4lt es entweder Spinat oder Pak Choi mit Schweinehackfleisch und wird mit Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln und Chili garniert.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses k\u00f6stliche vegane Ramen-Rezept verzichtet jedoch sowohl auf das Fleisch als auch auf die Fleischbr\u00fche. F\u00fcnf Minuten lang ziehen lassen, dann die \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Fl\u00fcssigkeit abgie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<li>In einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne das Chili\u00f6l bei mittlerer Stufe erhitzen und den Knoblauch und Ingwer unter h\u00e4ufigem R\u00fchren 1-2 Minuten anbraten. Das Sojahack, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Salz und Pfeffer sowie Sojasauce (oder Tamari f\u00fcr eine glutenfreie Variante) hinzuf\u00fcgen und gut vermischen. Ich koche die Nudeln und Toppings (Pak Choi) f\u00fcr die Tantanmen jedoch gerne frisch, da ich nicht m\u00f6chte, dass ihre Qualit\u00e4t vor dem Verzehr zu sehr nachl\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufbewahrung:<\/strong> Ich verzehre dieses Gericht am liebsten sofort nach der Zubereitung, weil es dann am besten schmeckt und die optimale Konsistenz hat. Du kannst jedoch \u00fcbrig gebliebene Reste in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr 1-2 Tage aufbewahren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Die vegane Ramen Suppe kann sowohl auf dem Herd als auch in der Mikrowelle aufgew\u00e4rmt werden.
