Er hat einen karamellartigen Geschmack und eine braune Farbe (da er unraffiniert ist) &#8211; perfekt f\u00fcr die Herstellung dieser weichen Kekse mit Schokost\u00fcckchen!<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl ich oft Rezepte mit zuckerfreien Alternativen backe, liebe ich den Geschmack von Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker und habe mehrere Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker-Rezepte auf meinem Blog, unter anderem diesen <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kokostorte\/\">veganen Kokoskuchen<\/a><\/strong>. Au\u00dferdem kann man ihn f\u00fcr dieses <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganes-bananenbrot-rezept-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>vegane Bananenbrot<\/strong><\/a>, diese <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/snickerdoodles-vegane-kekse\/\"><strong>Snickerdoodles<\/strong><\/a> und diese <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/schokokekse-rezept\/\"><strong>Schokokekse<\/strong><\/a> verwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Das Backen mit Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker ist zudem wirklich unkompliziert und kann in den meisten F\u00e4llen als Ersatz f\u00fcr Rohrzucker verwendet werden. Au\u00dferdem werden die Kekse ohne Butter hergestellt und sind glutenfrei, pflanzlich und eignen sich auch f\u00fcr die Paleo-Ern\u00e4hrung! #veganekekse #gesundekekse #kekseohnezucker #veganecookies elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Die Zutaten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker:<\/strong> Wenn du kein Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker hast, dann w\u00fcrde auch Rohrzucker funktionieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sonnenblumenkerne (gemahlen):<\/strong> Alternativ kannst du auch gemahlene Mandeln verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nuss-\/Kernmus:<\/strong> Du kannst das Nuss-\/Kernmus deiner Wahl verwenden; Cashew-, Mandel-, Sonnenblumenkernmus, etc. Bitte beachte jedoch, dass Erdnussmus nicht paleo-freundlich ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosraspeln:<\/strong> Ich empfehle die Kokosraspeln in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine (oder im Mixer) zu einer feineren Konsistenz zu verarbeiten. Alternativ kannst du diese auch durch zus\u00e4tzliche gemahlene Sonnenblumenkerne ersetzen, allerdings werden die Kekse dann nicht so weich. Gemahlene Mandeln sollten auch funktionieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chiasamen und Wasser:<\/strong> Wird verwendet, um &#8222;Chia-Eier&#8220; als Ei-Ersatz herzustellen. Alternativ kannst du auch Flohsamenschalenpulver nehmen. Leinsamen w\u00fcrden wahrscheinlich auch funktionieren, ben\u00f6tigen aber etwas weniger Wasser.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanilleextrakt:<\/strong> F\u00fcr einen noch intensiveren Geschmack kannst du auch Vanillepulver verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> Eine Prise Salz hilft, den Geschmack der Kokoskekse zu intensivieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen:<\/strong> Oder Schokodrops (oder sogar eine Kombination aus beidem). Jeden Keks mit den Fingern leicht flach dr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Am besten die Finger vorher etwas einfetten oder mit Wasser befeuchten, damit der Teig nicht an den H\u00e4nden kleben bleibt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die glutenfreien Kekse zwischen 12 und 15 Minuten im Ofen backen. Wenn sie fertig gebacken sind, sind sie noch etwas feucht. Nach dem Abk\u00fchlen werden sie jedoch fester.
