Zu meiner <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/yum-yum-sauce-veganer-dip\/\"><strong>Yum Yum Sauce<\/strong><\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/bbq-sauce-rezept\/\"><strong>BBQ Sauce<\/strong><\/a> gesellt sich nun auch dieses einfache Tahini Dressing! Egal, ob du eine So\u00dfe, ein Dressing oder einen Dip f\u00fcr Falafel oder Salate m\u00f6chtest, dieses Rezept ist super vielseitig.<\/p>\n<p>Urspr\u00fcnglich habe ich das Rezept f\u00fcr diese Knoblauch-Tahini-Sauce bei meinem <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-tacos-glutenfreies-rezept\/\"><strong>Kichererbsen-Tacos-Rezept<\/strong><\/a> im Jahr 2017 ver\u00f6ffentlicht, aber ich bin der Meinung, dass es einen eigenen Blogbeitrag verdient hat, da es eines meiner Lieblingsrezepte ist. Neben der Herstellung von cremigem Hummus kann Tahini n\u00e4mlich noch viel mehr!<\/p>\n<h3>Was ist Tahini?<\/h3>\n<p>Tahini ist eine Sesampaste aus gesch\u00e4lten, gemahlenen Sesamsamen (wei\u00df oder schwarz &#8211; gew\u00f6hnliches Sesammus ist jedoch wei\u00df). Es ist sehr n\u00e4hrstoffreich und enth\u00e4lt viele Vitamine und Mineralien, wie z.B. Phosphor, Mangan, Vitamin B1 und Vitamin B6. Achte darauf, feines Tahini zu verwenden (das cremig und d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssig ist).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zitronensaft:<\/strong> Bitte verwende frischen Zitronensaft, keinen aus der Flasche. Dieser verleiht der Tahini Sauce einen frischen Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Gleicht die scharfen Aromen von Knoblauch und Zitrone und die Bitterkeit, die Tahini haben kann, perfekt aus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ger\u00f6stetes Sesam\u00f6l:<\/strong> Verst\u00e4rkt den nussigen Geschmack des Tahinis und verleiht ein seidiges Mundgef\u00fchl.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch:<\/strong> Du kannst die Menge je nach pers\u00f6nlichem Geschmack anpassen. Der Knoblauchgeschmack wird mit der Zeit milder, wenn das Dressing im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahrt wird.
