Sowohl gebackene <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kartoffelspalten-aus-dem-ofen-guacamole\/\"><strong>Kartoffelspalten<\/strong><\/a>, knusprige <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-parmesan-kartoffelecken-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>Kartoffelecken mit veganem Parmesan<\/strong><\/a>, als auch <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/polenta-pommes-rezept-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>Polenta-Pommes<\/strong><\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kaese-pommes-selber-machen\/\"><strong>Nacho Fries<\/strong><\/a> sind einige meiner Favoriten. Dazu geh\u00f6rt, dass sie eine hervorragende Quelle f\u00fcr Vitamin A (Beta-Carotin) und Vitamin K (f\u00fcr eine verbesserte Immunfunktion, Sehkraft, Wachstum, Knochengesundheit und Blutgerinnung), Kalium und Antioxidantien sowie Ballaststoffe (f\u00fcr die Darmgesundheit) sind.<\/p>\n<p>Karotten enthalten auch verschiedene andere n\u00fctzliche pflanzliche Substanzen, die die Immunfunktion weiter verbessern und das Risiko f\u00fcr verschiedene Krankheiten, einschlie\u00dflich Krebs, reduzieren k\u00f6nnen! Am besten nimmst du Karotten in etwa der gleichen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, um gleich gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke zu schneiden. Wenn du Bio-M\u00f6hren verwendest, kannst du den Schritt des Sch\u00e4lens ganz weglassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6l:<\/strong> Dadurch werden die Gem\u00fcse-Pommes etwas knuspriger und brauner. Verwende ein neutrales, hoch erhitzbares Speise\u00f6l wie Avocado\u00f6l usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Speisest\u00e4rke (Maisst\u00e4rke):<\/strong> Diese hilft die Karotten leicht knusprig zu machen. Du kannst alternativ auch Pfeilwurzelmehl verwenden. Ich habe ein Wellenmesser verwendet, aber ein normales Messer funktioniert auch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Schritt 2: Pommes w\u00fcrzen und backen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Karottenstifte in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben, zusammen mit den restlichen Zutaten &#8211; Gew\u00fcrze, Maisst\u00e4rke, \u00d6l &#8211; und gut vermischen. Anschlie\u00dfend die Karottensticks in einer einzelnen Schicht auf das Backblech legen.<\/li>\n<li>Etwa 30 Minuten backen, nach der H\u00e4lfte der Zeit wenden. Decke sie mit Frischhaltefolie ab und stelle sie \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank. Nimm sie dann aus dem K\u00fchlschrank, um sie vor dem W\u00fcrzen und Backen wieder auf Raumtemperatur zu bringen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufbewahren:<\/strong> Diese gebackenen Karotten-Pommes werden am besten frisch und warm aus dem Ofen oder der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse verzehrt, da sie beim Abk\u00fchlen &#8218;lascher&#8216; werden. Allerdings kannst du Reste in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr 2 bis 3 Tage aufbewahren und im Ofen\/der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse erneut aufw\u00e4rmen, um sie wieder leicht knusprig zu machen, oder sogar in einer Pfanne auf dem Herd (mit ein wenig \u00d6l).<\/p>\n<h2>Serviervorschl\u00e4ge<\/h2>\n<p>Es gibt viele M\u00f6glichkeiten, diese M\u00f6hren-Pommes zu genie\u00dfen. Verwende weitere &#8211; wie zum Beispiel Zwiebelpulver oder Chilipulver (f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4rfe). Du kannst die Pommes auch mit (selbstgemachtem) veganen Parmesan bestreuen (auch schon vor dem Backen).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die Dicke der Karottensticks<\/strong> l\u00e4sst sich nach Belieben anpassen, bitte beachte aber, dass auch die Backzeit angepasst werden muss. D\u00fcnnere Pommes werden wahrscheinlich auch knuspriger sein.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dieses Rezept kann auch f\u00fcr Karottenchips verwendet werden:<\/strong> Schneide die Karotten diagonal oder verwende einen Kartoffelsch\u00e4ler, um lange Karottenstreifen zu sch\u00e4len. Dann w\u00fcrzen und backen oder frittieren. \u00dcberpr\u00fcfe die Chips nach sp\u00e4testens 10 Minuten (im Ofen und in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasse das \u00d6l nicht weg<\/strong>, wenn du knusprigere Pommes m\u00f6chtest. Da ich mich entschieden habe, meine Pommes ziemlich dick zu schneiden, sind sie beim Backen nicht sehr knusprig geworden. Das \u00d6l hilft jedoch definitiv dabei, die Au\u00dfenseite zu br\u00e4unen und sie ein wenig knusprig zu machen.
