Sie sind perfekt, um den Hei\u00dfhunger in Schach zu halten und zudem liefern sie einen kleinen Energieschub. Tats\u00e4chlich habe ich bereits mehrere &#8222;B\u00e4llchen&#8220;-Rezepte auf meinem Blog ver\u00f6ffentlicht, darunter diese <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kokosbaellchen-vegan-glutenfrei-paleo\/\"><strong>Kokosb\u00e4llchen<\/strong><\/a> mit 3 Zutaten und diese <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/zitronenbaellchen-kokos-energiekugeln\/\"><strong>Zitronenb\u00e4llchen<\/strong><\/a>, um nur ein paar zu nennen.<\/p>\n<p>Oft enthalten solche Snacks jedoch viele Kohlenhydrate und sind daher nicht low carb. Dieses Schokopralinen-Rezept besteht jedoch aus Erdnussmus, zuckerfreier Schokolade, Kokosmehl, unges\u00fc\u00dftem Kakaopulver und einer Zuckeralternative und ergibt daher ein wunderbar s\u00fc\u00dfes und geschmackvolles Low-Carb-Dessert.<\/p>\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich sind Schokolade und Erdnussmus eine meiner Lieblingskombinationen, wie du wahrscheinlich an meinen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-erdnussbutter-pralinen\/\"><strong>Erdnussbutter-Pralinen<\/strong><\/a>, an diesen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/reeses-peanut-butter-cups\/\"><strong>Peanut Butter Cups<\/strong><\/a> und ebenfalls an diesen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/puffreis-riegel-rezept\/\"><strong>Puffreis Riegeln<\/strong><\/a> erkennen kannst. Jetzt ist es Zeit f\u00fcr k\u00f6stliche Schokopralinen aus Erdnussmus und Schokolade.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Schokob\u00e4llchen kannst du in deiner Lunchbox, als Nachmittagssnack (mit etwas Obst) oder sogar nach einer Hauptmahlzeit genie\u00dfen, um den Hei\u00dfhunger auf etwas S\u00fc\u00dfes zu stillen. Sie eignen sich auch hervorragend als Weihnachts-, Oster- oder Valentinstags-Snack. Du kannst sogar dein eigenes Erdnussmus zu Hause herstellen, indem du ger\u00f6stete Erdn\u00fcsse und eine Prise Salz in einem Hochleistungsmixer zu einer glatten Masse p\u00fcrierst. Alternativ kannst du auch Mandelmus oder Cashewmus verwenden. F\u00fcr nussfreie Schokokugeln kannst du stattdessen Sonnenblumenkernmus nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schokolade:<\/strong> Wenn du die Pralinen ohne Zucker (low carb) haben m\u00f6chtest, dann verwende zuckerfreie dunkle Schokolade. <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2X3p53l\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Diese Schokodrops<\/strong><\/a> z.B. sind vegan und zuckerfrei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kakaopulver:<\/strong> Sorgt f\u00fcr einen zus\u00e4tzlichen schokoladigen Geschmack und ist au\u00dferdem reich an Antioxidantien.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmehl:<\/strong> Dies ist eine wunderbare kohlenhydratarme Option, um den Teig der Schokopralinen anzudicken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Ich habe Erythrit Puder verwendet. Du k\u00f6nntest alternativ auch ein anderes zuckerfreies S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Xylit Puder (Birkenzucker) verwenden. Wenn du kein Problem damit hast Zucker zu verwenden, dann kannst du nat\u00fcrlich auch normalen Puderzucker benutzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Optionale Zus\u00e4tze<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Espressopulver:<\/strong> Espresso enth\u00e4lt keine Kohlenhydrate und nur ein wenig davon kann den Schokoladengeschmack wirklich verbessern. Alternativ kannst du die Zutaten auch in der Mikrowelle schmelzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 2: Die restlichen Zutaten hinzuf\u00fcgen<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Das Kakaopulver, das Kokosmehl und das Erythrit-Pulver zu der geschmolzenen Mischung geben und mit einem L\u00f6ffel verr\u00fchren, bis alles gut vermischt ist.<\/li>\n<li>Die Sch\u00fcssel f\u00fcr 15 Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen, damit der Teig abk\u00fchlt und fest wird.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15823\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/4-step-by-step-photos-how-to-make-chocolate-truffles-in-a-bowl.jpg\" alt=\"4 Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Fotos der Zubereitung von Schokotr\u00fcffeln in einer Sch\u00fcssel\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1500\" data-pin-description=\"Vegane Schokopralinen, die nur 5 Zutaten enthalten und sich sowohl als k\u00f6stlicher Snack, als auch perfekt als Nachtisch eignen! Den Vorgang mit der restlichen Mischung wiederholen &#8211; ich hatte genug Teig f\u00fcr 14 selbstgemachte Pralinen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Danach kannst du die Schokotr\u00fcffel optional in Kakaopulver, zerkleinerten N\u00fcssen, Kokosraspeln, gefriergetrocknetem Fruchtpulver (Himbeere\/Erdbeere) usw. rollen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die fertigen Schokopralinen noch ein bisschen k\u00fchlen und dann genie\u00dfen!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15824\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/hand-holding-a-chocolate-truffle.jpg\" alt=\"Hand h\u00e4lt eine Schokokugel\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1500\" data-pin-description=\"Vegane Schokopralinen, die nur 5 Zutaten enthalten und sich sowohl als k\u00f6stlicher Snack, als auch perfekt als Nachtisch eignen! Wenn er ein wenig zu feucht ist, f\u00fcge etwas mehr Kokosmehl hinzu.<\/li>\n<li>Falls die Mischung <strong>zu weich<\/strong> ist, kannst du sie alternativ bis zu 1 Stunde im K\u00fchlschrank k\u00fchlen.<\/li>\n<li>Diese Schokopralinen genie\u00dft man am besten <strong>in Ma\u00dfen<\/strong>.
