Ich habe bereits ein Rezept f\u00fcr cremiges <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/mango-lassi\/\"><strong>Mango Lassi<\/strong><\/a> (ein dickfl\u00fcssiges Joghurtgetr\u00e4nk) ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Aber jetzt ist eines meiner Lieblingsgetr\u00e4nke aus der Kindheit an der Reihe: ein cremiger Bananen-Milchshake.<\/p>\n<p>Ich finde, Milchshakes und Kindheit geh\u00f6ren einfach zusammen. Aber das hei\u00dft nicht, dass wir sie nicht auch als Erwachsene genie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen. Und das Beste daran: Im Gegensatz zu den Milchshake-Pulvern, die es zu kaufen gibt, die k\u00fcnstliche Zutaten, Farbstoffe und jede Menge Zucker enthalten, enth\u00e4lt dieses Bananenshake-Rezept nur 4 nat\u00fcrliche Zutaten ohne zus\u00e4tzlichen Zucker.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe zudem <strong>gefrorene Bananen<\/strong> verwendet, um diesen gesunden Milkshake zuzubereiten, was ihm eine cremige Sahneeis-Textur verleiht, ohne dass man kalorienreiches Eis hinzuf\u00fcgen muss. Bitte verwende unbedingt super reife Bananen f\u00fcr das beste Ergebnis!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Milch:<\/strong> Verwende f\u00fcr diesen Bananen-Milchshake eine Pflanzenmilch deiner Wahl &#8211; Hafermilch, Mandelmilch, Kokosmilch, Reismilch, Sojamilch, etc. Ich habe unges\u00fc\u00dfte Sojamilch verwendet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erdnussmus:<\/strong> Nur ein einziger Essl\u00f6ffel Erdnussmus sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass dieser Bananenshake super cremig wird. F\u00fcge mehr hinzu, wenn du Erdnussbutter liebst. Du kannst die Zutat auch durch ein beliebiges Nussmus deiner Wahl ersetzen (Cashewmus oder Mandelmus funktioniert auch sehr gut). F\u00fcge diesem gesunden Milchshake frische oder gefrorene Erdbeeren hinzu, um ihn noch fruchtiger und schmackhafter zu machen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Wenn du eine Naschkatze bist und dir die nat\u00fcrliche S\u00fc\u00dfe von dem Bananen-Shake nicht ausreicht, kannst du eine kleine Menge deines bevorzugten S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittels (Ahornsirup, Agavendicksaft oder eine zuckerfreie Alternative) hinzuf\u00fcgen. Du ben\u00f6tigst etwa 300 Gramm gesch\u00e4lte Bananen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Bananenscheiben in einen Beh\u00e4lter oder Gefrierbeutel geben und einfrieren, bis sie fest sind.
