Nachdem ich bereits Brownies mit <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/zucchini-brownies\/\"><strong>Zucchini<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kichererbsen-brownies-gesund-mehlfrei\/\"><strong>Kichererbsen<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/brownies-rezept-suesskartoffeln-vegan\/\"><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kaesekuchen-brownies-vegan-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>Tofu<\/strong><\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/die-besten-brownies-vegan-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>Erbsen<\/strong><\/a> gemacht habe, folgt dieses Mal ein Brownie Rezept mit schwarzen Bohnen. Scheinbar kennt meine Liebe zu Brownies mit verstecktem Gem\u00fcse und gesunden Zutaten wirklich keine Grenzen.<\/p>\n<p>Ich kreiere nun mal liebend gerne vegane Desserts mit gesunden Zutaten &#8211; nicht nur in meinen Brownies, sondern auch in Kuchen wie diesem <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/zucchini-schokoladenkuchen-rezept-vegan\/\"><strong>Schokoladenkuchen<\/strong><\/a>. Egal, ob die Zutaten f\u00fcr eine bessere Textur oder als Ersatz f\u00fcr eine nicht-vegane Zutat verwendet werden &#8211; wenn man sie richtig einsetzt, sollte man sie nicht einmal bemerken. Nach ein wenig Experimentieren hat dieses Rezept f\u00fcr vegane Brownies den offiziellen Geschmackstest bestanden.<\/p>\n<p>Schwarze Bohnen f\u00fcgen sich wunderbar in den Brownie-Teig ein, ohne einen Nachgeschmack. Stattdessen sorgen sie f\u00fcr die dichte, saftige, fudgy Textur von normalen Brownies, sind aber viel ges\u00fcnder als jene.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die schwarzen Bohnen ist dieses glutenfreie Brownie-Rezept vollgepackt mit Ballaststoffen, Omega-3-Fetts\u00e4uren, Eiwei\u00df und herz- und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/289934\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Knochen-sch\u00fctzenden Eigenschaften<\/a>. Du k\u00f6nntest auch &#8222;Leinsamen-Eier&#8220; benutzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erdnussmus:<\/strong> Oder ein Nussmus deiner Wahl. F\u00fcr eine nussfreie Variante kann auch Sonnenblumenkernmus verwendet werden. Alternativ kannst du auch ein neutrales \u00d6l nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kakao-Pulver:<\/strong> Bitte unges\u00fc\u00dftes Kakao-Pulver verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanilleextrakt:<\/strong> Eine k\u00f6stliche Erg\u00e4nzung f\u00fcr alle Brownies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hafermehl:<\/strong> Verwende bei Bedarf zertifiziert glutenfreies Mehl. Du kannst es kaufen oder zu Hause selbst herstellen, indem du Haferflocken in einer Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle selber mahlst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel deiner Wahl. Du kannst 60 Gramm Schokolade verwenden, wenn du die Brownies weniger s\u00fc\u00df magst, oder 90 Gramm f\u00fcr s\u00fc\u00dfere Brownies.
