Wenn du mich jedoch fragen w\u00fcrdest, welcher Geruch mit dem von frisch gebackenen Desserts konkurrieren k\u00f6nnte, dann w\u00e4re es wohl Brot! Dieses Brot ohne Hefe riecht vielleicht nicht ganz so gut wie ein hefehaltiges Brot, aber es ist genauso lecker &#8211; vor allem, wenn es warm serviert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr 2019 experimentierte ich wochenlang herum, um mein <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/glutenfreies-brot-vegan\/\"><strong>glutenfreies Brot<\/strong><\/a> zu perfektionieren. Nun habe ich ein knuspriges Baguette ohne Hefe kreiert!\u00a0 Zielsetzung war ein veganes Brot zu kreieren, das innen weich ist und au\u00dfen eine d\u00fcnne Kruste aufweist &#8211; diese Mission ist mir gl\u00fccklicherweise gelungen.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl ich in letzter Zeit bereits einige glutenfreien Fladenbrot-Rezepte ver\u00f6ffentlicht habe, wie dieses <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/naan-brot-vegan\/\"><strong>vegane Naan Brot<\/strong><\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/pita-brot\/\"><strong>Pita Brot<\/strong><\/a>, kommt man um dieses neue Rezept nicht drum herum, da es knusprig und Brot \u00e4hnlicher ist. Mit 8 einfachen Zutaten und ohne Gehzeit, erh\u00e4ltst du ein k\u00f6stliches veganes und hefefreies Baguette, was innen weich und au\u00dfen leicht knusprig ist! #brotohnehefe #glutenfreiesbrot #baguetterezept #brotbacken #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Einfaches Brot ohne Hefe<\/h2>\n<p>Dies ist nicht nur ein super einfaches Brot-Rezept (bereits viele Male ausprobiert und getestet, um die Textur genau richtig hinzubekommen!), sondern da es sich um ein Brot ohne Hefe handelt, ben\u00f6tigt es keine Gehzeit, was bedeutet, dass die Baguettes sofort geformt und in weniger als einer Stunde frisch zubereitet werden k\u00f6nnen!<\/p>\n<p>Sobald das Brot im Ofen ist, geht es sch\u00f6n auf &#8211; aber erwarte bitte nicht, dass es 100 % so leicht und luftig ist wie ein franz\u00f6sisches Baguette, das mit Weizenmehl und Hefe gebacken wurde, das w\u00e4re unrealistisch. F\u00fcr mich ist das Ergebnis aber unter den gegebenen Umst\u00e4nden auf jeden Fall gut genug!<\/p>\n<h2>Zutaten f\u00fcr dieses Baguette Rezept<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mehl:<\/strong> Ich habe eine Kombination aus wei\u00dfem Reismehl, Hafermehl und Tapiokamehl (Tapiokast\u00e4rke) verwendet. Ich habe das Baguette Rezept mit verschiedenen glutenfreien Mehlmischungen getestet, aber diese Kombination erzielte ein tolles Ergebnis.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flohsamenschalenpulver:<\/strong> Wenn du ganze Flohsamenschalen hast, dann zerkleinere sie in einem Mixer oder einer elektrischen Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle f\u00fcr ein paar Sekunden zu einem Pulver. Bitte lass diese Zutat NICHT weg oder ersetze sie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backtriebmittel:<\/strong> Backpulver &amp; Natron sorgen f\u00fcr, dass das Brot etwas aufgeht, auch ohne Hefe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Salz zum W\u00fcrzen, Oregano (optional).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apfelessig:<\/strong> Hilft, den glutenfreien Teig zu stabilisieren, und sorgt f\u00fcr eine bessere Textur. Mit einem L\u00f6ffel zu einem groben Teig verr\u00fchren. Danach den Teig mit den H\u00e4nden ein paar Minuten lang kneten. Der Teig wird anfangs zu nass erscheinen, aber sobald die Flohsamenschalen das Wasser aufgesaugt haben, wird er sch\u00f6n geschmeidig werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Der Teig sollte leicht klebrig sein, nicht zu trocken, aber auch nicht zu feucht. F\u00fcge ein wenig Tapiokamehl hinzu, wenn er zu klebrig ist, oder ein wenig Wasser, wenn er zu trocken ist.
