In Kombination mit Paprika, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch erh\u00e4lt man einen k\u00f6stlichen nussigen, erdigen Geschmack &#8211; verst\u00e4rkt durch eine Mischung aus verschiedenen Kr\u00e4utern und Gew\u00fcrzen. Ich habe kein anderes Mehl verwendet, aber es sollte mit vielen Mehlsorten funktionieren: normales Weizenmehl, Hafermehl, Quinoamehl usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene Chiasamen:<\/strong> Helfen, die Linsenburger zu binden und f\u00fcgen au\u00dferdem Protein hinzu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kr\u00e4uter und Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Ich habe frische Petersilie, gemahlenen Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Zwiebelpulver, Salz &amp; Pfeffer und rote Chiliflocken verwendet. Mehrere Male pulsieren, bis alles vermischt ist, aber noch Struktur hat. Achte darauf, die Mischung nicht zu stark zu zerkleinern, da sie leicht &#8222;st\u00fcckig&#8220; sein soll.<\/li>\n<li>Mit den H\u00e4nden 10 Linsenbratlinge (etwa 40-50 g\/ oder 2 1\/2-3 EL pro Bratling) formen.<\/li>\n<li>In einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne mit etwas \u00d6l (ich habe 2 TL f\u00fcr vier Frikadellen verwendet) anbraten. Etwa 3 Minuten pro Seite braten, bis sie goldbraun und knusprig sind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Serviere die Linsen Patties nach dem Braten mit einer So\u00dfe deiner Wahl. Ich habe einen Dip aus 2 Essl\u00f6ffeln cremiger Erdnussbutter, 30 ml Dillgurkensaft, 10 ml Olivensole, etwas Knoblauch und R\u00e4ucherpaprika (nach Geschmack) gemacht. Die Frikadellen k\u00f6nnen im Voraus geformt werden und dann mit Frischhaltefolie abgedeckt im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahrt werden, bis du bereit bist, sie zu braten. Alternativ kannst du die geformten Bratlinge auch roh bis zu einem Monat einfrieren.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe noch nicht versucht, die Bratlinge gefroren zu braten, obwohl es funktionieren k\u00f6nnte &#8211; mit zus\u00e4tzlicher Garzeit (ein paar Minuten).<\/p>\n<h2>Kann man sie in einer Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse oder im Backofen zubereiten?<\/h2>\n<p>Ich habe noch nicht versucht, rote Linsen Bratlinge in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse oder im Ofen zuzubereiten, aber es gibt keinen Grund, warum das nicht funktionieren sollte &#8211; obwohl jede Methode Einfluss darauf hat, wie knusprig die Au\u00dfenseite der Bratlinge wird.<\/p>\n<p>Ich schlage vor, sie mit etwas \u00d6l zu bespr\u00fchen und bei 180 \u00b0C f\u00fcr etwa 12 Minuten in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse zu backen, wobei sie nach ca. 8 Minuten gewendet werden sollten.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du sie im Ofen zubereiten m\u00f6chtest, backe sie etwa 30 Minuten lang und wende sie nach der H\u00e4lfte der Zeit.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15433\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/stack-of-lentil-patties-with-creamy-white-sauce-on-top.jpg\" alt=\"Ein Stapel rote Linsen Bratlinge mit cremiger wei\u00dfer Sauce obendrauf\" width=\"1197\" height=\"1600\" data-pin-description=\"Herzhafte, gesunde rote Linsen Bratlinge aus einfachen Zutaten aus der Speisekammer.
