Dieses Rezept ist nicht nur vegan, sondern durch die Verwendung von selbstgemachter wei\u00dfer Schokolade hast du auch die Kontrolle dar\u00fcber, wie viel Zucker im Rezept enthalten ist. Stelle sie wieder in den Gefrierschrank und lass sie 5 Minuten lang abk\u00fchlen.<\/li>\n<li>Zum Schluss mit weiteren 1 1\/2 bis 2 Essl\u00f6ffeln geschmolzener wei\u00dfer Schokolade bedecken und ein letztes Mal abk\u00fchlen lassen, bis sie vollst\u00e4ndig ausgeh\u00e4rtet sind. Jedes Nuss- oder Kernmus funktioniert; Cashewmus, Mandelmus, Sonnenblumenkernmus, etc.<\/p>\n<h2>Kann ich die Erdnussbutterf\u00fcllung andicken?<\/h2>\n<p>Ja, es gibt mehrere M\u00f6glichkeiten, dies zu tun;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Erstens:<\/strong> Wenn du die Erdnussbutter mit Puderzucker vermengst, wird sie dadurch automatisch angedickt.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn du jedoch vermeiden willst, zu viel zus\u00e4tzlichen Zucker hinzuzuf\u00fcgen, kannst du auch ein wenig Kokosmehl, Hafermehl oder Mandelmehl dazugeben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wenn du zu viel hinzugef\u00fcgt hast, dann f\u00fcge ein wenig pflanzliche Milch hinzu, bis du deine gew\u00fcnschte Textur erreicht hast. Es gleicht die S\u00fc\u00dfe der Schokolade in diesen selbstgemachten Reese&#8217;s gut aus.<\/li>\n<li>Dieses Rezept ergibt <strong>sechs normal gro\u00dfe<\/strong> wei\u00dfe Schokoladen-Pralinen oder viele mehr, wenn du Mini-Muffinf\u00f6rmchen verwendest.<\/li>\n<li>Du kannst <strong>Peanut Butter &amp; Jelly cups<\/strong> machen, indem du die Menge an Erdnussbutter in jedem Muffinf\u00f6rmchen reduzierst und stattdessen etwas Marmelade\/Gelee hinzuf\u00fcgst (oben auf das Nussmus). Himbeere, Erdbeere und Traube funktionieren gut.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn du <strong>gekaufte wei\u00dfe Schokolade<\/strong> verwendest, solltest du beachten, dass sie nicht alle gleich schmecken oder gleich schmelzen. Am besten kaufst du ein paar verschiedene Marken, um damit zu experimentieren.<\/li>\n<li>Gerne kannst du die Peanut Butter Cups mit <strong>Toppings deiner Wahl<\/strong> verzieren. Zerkleinerte N\u00fcsse, gefriergetrocknete Fr\u00fcchte (z.B.
