Du kannst auch Kichererbsen selber kochen und diese nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oliven\u00f6l:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes neutrales Speise\u00f6l wie Avocado\u00f6l, Raps\u00f6l usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meersalz: <\/strong>Zum W\u00fcrzen der Kichererbsen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze: <\/strong>Ich habe eine Kombination aus Zwiebelpulver, Knoblauchpulver, R\u00e4ucherpaprika, gemahlenem Kreuzk\u00fcmmel und Currypulver verwendet. Ich habe die Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse nicht vorgeheizt.<\/li>\n<li>Den Korb nach 5 Minuten sch\u00fctteln und den Vorgang nach 10 Minuten wiederholen. Die Kichererbsen auf das Backblech geben und 35-45 Minuten r\u00f6sten, dabei nach der H\u00e4lfte der Zeit wenden\/ das Backblech r\u00fctteln.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Die Zeit kann je nach Ofen variieren. Pr\u00fcfe die Kichererbsen deswegen nach 35 Minuten und verl\u00e4ngere die Zeit nach Bedarf. Sie werden auch beim Abk\u00fchlen noch knuspriger.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 3: Die Gew\u00fcrze dazugeben<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Kichererbsen in die Sch\u00fcssel geben, in der du sie zuvor mit \u00d6l vermischt hast, und mit etwas zus\u00e4tzlichem \u00d6l bespr\u00fchen (damit die Gew\u00fcrze besser an den Kichererbsen haften). Sie k\u00f6nnen jedoch in einem Einmachglas 2-3 Tage lang aufbewahrt werden. Vermeide es, sie im K\u00fchlschrank zu lagern, da sie sonst &#8222;weich&#8220; werden.<\/p>\n<p><em>Wenn sie nach ein paar Tagen ein wenig &#8222;weich&#8220; sind, kannst du sie f\u00fcr ein paar Minuten im Ofen oder in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse wieder erhitzen, damit sie wieder knusprig werden. Achte jedoch darauf, dass die Gew\u00fcrze nicht verbrennen.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Servieren:<\/strong> Es gibt mehrere M\u00f6glichkeiten, ger\u00f6stete Kichererbsen zu genie\u00dfen. Egal, ob du einen Snack mit wenig Aufwand oder eine knusprige Beilage zu verschiedenen Mahlzeiten suchst. Einige Schalen werden abfallen, und du kannst sie einfach entsorgen. Zus\u00e4tzlich mit etwas \u00d6l bespr\u00fchen (damit die Gew\u00fcrze besser an den Kichererbsen haften).
