Wenn du \u00fcberreife Bananen hast, kannst du sie entweder einfrieren (zur Herstellung von Nicecream) oder du kannst dieses k\u00f6stliche Schoko-Bananenbrot machen. Es enth\u00e4lt 3 gro\u00dfe Bananen, die das Brot saftig und weich machen! Sie f\u00fcgen nicht nur einen herrlichen Geschmack hinzu, sondern dienen auch als fantastischer Eiersatz.<\/p>\n<p>Und da ich Schokolade genauso sehr liebe wie Bananen, konnte ich nicht widerstehen, ein Schokoladen-Bananenbrot herzustellen! Wenn du denkst, dass es schwierig oder kompliziert ist, dieses Marmormuster herzustellen &#8211; ich kann dir versichern, dass es das nicht ist. Es ist eigentlich ziemlich <strong>einfach<\/strong>, einen Zebrakuchen zu backen, und es sieht spannend aus &#8211; Kinder lieben es!<\/p>\n<p>Alles, was man braucht, ist ein einziger Teig, den man in zwei Sch\u00fcsseln aufteilt. Dann gibt man Kakaopulver und einige andere Zutaten in eine der Sch\u00fcsseln, um den Schokoladenteig herzustellen. Zuerst kommen ein paar L\u00f6ffel vom hellen Teig in die Kastenform und dann etwas Schokoladenteig. Damit macht man so lange weiter, bis kein Teig mehr \u00fcbrig ist. Eigentlich total easy! Es kann eine Herausforderung sein, wenn man auf einer Insel lebt, auf der man keinen Zugang zu einer guten glutenfreien Mehlmischung hat, deshalb experimentiere ich immer in meiner K\u00fcche. Aber ich bin wirklich begeistert, wie dieses glutenfreie Bananenbrot mit Kokosmehl geworden ist.<\/p>\n<p>Ich verwende Kokosmehl nicht sehr oft, weil es sehr viel Fl\u00fcssigkeit absorbiert und Backwaren austrocknen kann, wenn es in veganen Rezepten ohne Eier verwendet wird. Aber wenn man es mit anderen Mehlen mischt, kann man damit ein perfektes Brot herstellen, das weich und saftig ist!<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Rezept ist nicht nur eifrei, sondern man kann dieses Bananenbrot auch problemlos ohne Butter zubereiten. F\u00fcr die <strong>vollst\u00e4ndige Zutatenliste, Ma\u00dfangaben und N\u00e4hrwertinformationen<\/strong> bitte das untenstehende ausdruckbare Rezept beachten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 1 &#8211;<\/strong> Gib alle trockenen Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel und r\u00fchre um, bis keine Kl\u00fcmpchen mehr vorhanden sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 2 &#8211;<\/strong> P\u00fcriere die feuchten Zutaten in einem Mixer, bis sie v\u00f6llig homogen sind. Du kannst auch eine K\u00fcchenmaschine verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 3 &#8211;<\/strong> Gie\u00dfe die feuchten Zutaten zu den trockenen Zutaten und r\u00fchre mit einem Teigschaber oder einem L\u00f6ffel um, bis ein Teig ensteht. R\u00fchre den Teig jedoch nicht zu lange.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 4 &#8211;<\/strong> Teile den Teig in zwei Sch\u00fcsseln auf. Ich empfehle, 1\/3 des Teigs in eine Sch\u00fcssel und 2\/3 des Teigs in die andere Sch\u00fcssel zu geben. Gib dann die Zutaten f\u00fcr den Schokoladenteig in die Sch\u00fcssel, die nur 1\/3 des Teigs enth\u00e4lt, und verr\u00fchre alles mit einem Schneebesen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 5 &#8211;<\/strong> Lege eine Kastenform mit Backpapier aus oder fette sie mit ein wenig \u00d6l ein (meine Form misst 20x10x6 cm). Heize dann deinen Ofen auf 200 Grad Celsius vor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 6 &#8211;<\/strong> Um das Marmormuster zu machen, musst du einfach einen L\u00f6ffel hellen Teig in die Backform geben, gefolgt von einem L\u00f6ffel des Schokoladenteigs. Dann wieder den hellen Teig, usw., bis kein Teig mehr \u00fcbrig ist.<\/p>\n<p>Backe das Brot etwa 45-50 Minuten (+\/- 5 Minuten) im Ofen. Du solltest das wirklich probieren, es ist so unglaublich lecker! Ich verwende hierf\u00fcr mein <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganes-nutella-selber-machen\/\"><strong>veganes Nutella Rezept<\/strong><\/a>, was super einfach zu machen ist. Im Sommer empfehle ich auf jeden Fall, es in einem <strong>luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank bis zu einer Woche<\/strong> aufzubewahren.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist auch m\u00f6glich, dieses marmorierte Bananenbrot <strong>einzufrieren<\/strong>. Am besten ist es, Wachspapier zwischen die einzelnen Scheiben zu legen und in Gefrierbeuteln <strong>bis zu 3 Monate<\/strong> im Tiefk\u00fchlfach zu lagern. Du kannst aber auch Agavendicksaft oder ein fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel deiner Wahl verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> Ich verwende gerne Kokosmilch aus der Dose, weil sie das Schoko-Bananenbrot durch den h\u00f6heren Fettgehalt saftig und weich macht. Wenn du Kokosmilch nicht magst, kannst du deine bevorzugte Pflanzenmilch verwenden und zus\u00e4tzlich 1-2 Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Glutenfreies Mehl:<\/strong> Du kannst mit einer anderen glutenfreien Mehlmischung experimentieren, aber, wie oben erw\u00e4hnt, ist Kokosmehl sehr saugf\u00e4hig. Deshalb m\u00fcsstest du mindestens die doppelte Menge eines anderen Mehls (z.B. Mandelmehl) anstelle von Kokosmehl verwenden.
