Nat\u00fcrlich braucht man jetzt ein paar Cracker, die man mit dem K\u00e4se genie\u00dfen kann. Diese leckere Knabberei wird mit nur <strong>4 Grundzutaten<\/strong> und verschiedenen Gew\u00fcrzen hergestellt &#8211; das Ergebnis sind knusprige, selbstgemachte Pizza Kekse, die so lecker sind, dass man gar nicht anders kann, als nach ihnen zu greifen!<\/p>\n<p>Auch ohne K\u00e4se sind die Cracker ein toller Leckerbissen; man kann sie mit Dips servieren, \u00fcber Salate geben oder als gesunden Snack genie\u00dfen. Ich habe die Sonnenblumenkerne selbst in einer elektrischen Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle zu Mehl gemahlen. Du kannst aber auch gekauftes Sonnenblumenkernmehl nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hefeflocken:<\/strong> F\u00fcr den k\u00e4sigen Geschmack &#8211; du k\u00f6nntest die Cracker optional auch mit einem fein geriebenen veganen Hartk\u00e4se bestreuen, f\u00fcr ein zus\u00e4tzliches K\u00e4se-Aroma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flohsamenschalen-Pulver:<\/strong> Wenn du ganze Flohsamenschalen verwendest, ben\u00f6tigst du 4 Teel\u00f6ffel. Alternativ kannst du auch Xanthan nehmen. Du kannst die Zutaten auch ein paar Sekunden lang in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine\/Zerkleinerer mixen.<\/li>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend die Pflanzenmilch hinzuf\u00fcgen und erneut verr\u00fchren. Dann 1-2 Minuten lang ruhen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 2: Teig kneten und schneiden<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Den Teig nach der Ruhezeit einige Sekunden lang leicht kneten, bis er glatt ist.<\/li>\n<li>Zu einer Teigkugel formen und zwischen zwei Lagen Backpapier legen. Mit der Hand flach dr\u00fccken, dann mit einem Nudelholz zu einem Rechteck ausrollen, das etwa 0,2 cm dick ist.<\/li>\n<li>Die oberste Schicht des Backpapiers abziehen. Nun kannst du weitere Kerne\/Samen deiner Wahl (Chiasamen, Leinsamen, K\u00fcrbiskerne, Sonnenblumenkerne usw.) darauf streuen, wenn du magst, und sie gut andr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig in kleine Rechtecke schneiden &#8211; entweder mit einem Messer oder einem Pizzaschneider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Um ein Aufbl\u00e4hen oder ein ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfiges Backen zu verhindern, kannst du jeden Cracker leicht mit einer Gabel (1-2 Mal) oder einem Zahnstocher\/Spie\u00df (ein paar Mal) einstechen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14954\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/6-step-by-step-photos-how-to-make-cracker-dough.jpg\" alt=\"6 Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Fotos von der Herstellung des Teiges\" width=\"1200\" height=\"2264\" data-pin-description=\"Du kannst diese Cracker in weniger als 20 Minuten selber machen und genie\u00dfen! Lasse die Cracker etwas l\u00e4nger backen, wenn du sie knuspriger haben m\u00f6chtest &#8211; aber denke daran, dass sie beim Abk\u00fchlen noch knuspriger werden.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sobald sie fertig sind, solltest du sie aus dem Ofen nehmen und abk\u00fchlen lassen. Lagere sie abgedeckt f\u00fcr <strong>6-7 Tage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst sie auch bis zu <strong>2 Monate<\/strong> lang einfrieren. Nach dem Auftauen solltest du sie erneut f\u00fcr ein paar Minuten in den Ofen geben, damit sie wieder knusprig werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Was mache ich, wenn sie weich werden?<\/h3>\n<p>Wenn du feststellst, dass deine gebackenen Cracker etwas weich geworden sind, ist das kein Problem. Schiebe sie einfach f\u00fcr ein paar Minuten zur\u00fcck in den Ofen, und sie sollten sofort knusprig werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Was tue ich, wenn sie am Backpapier kleben?<\/h3>\n<p>Ich hatte dieses Problem noch nie, aber verschiedene Marken von Backpapier k\u00f6nnen an den Crackern kleben.
