Ich habe bereits mehrere <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/category\/desserts\/\"><strong>vegane Desserts<\/strong><\/a> ver\u00f6ffentlicht, um deinen Hei\u00dfhunger auf Schokolade zu stillen, darunter diesen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-schokopudding\/\"><strong>Schokopudding<\/strong><\/a> und diese <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/schokosalami-rezept\/\"><strong>Schokosalami<\/strong><\/a>. K\u00fcrzlich habe ich auch einige <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/tag\/kekse\"><strong>Keksrezepte<\/strong><\/a> ver\u00f6ffentlicht, darunter diese <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/snickerdoodles-vegane-kekse\/\"><strong>Snickerdoodles<\/strong><\/a>. Hier sind nun ein paar dekadente Schokokekse.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Double-Chocolate-Chip-Cookies bestehen aus Kakaopulver und veganer Schokolade mit ein wenig Espressopulver und einer Prise Salz f\u00fcr einen intensiven Schokoladengeschmack. Kombiniere das mit glutenfreiem Sonnenblumen- (oder Mandel-) Mehl, Kokos\u00f6l, einem Nuss-\/Samenmus, Backpulver und einem Chia-Ei, und du hast &#8222;kl\u00e4tschige&#8220;, saftige Schokoladenkekse, die im Vergleich zu gekauften Optionen dennoch erstaunlich gesund sind.<\/p>\n<p>Esse sie alleine oder mit einem Glas deiner pflanzlichen Lieblingsmilch f\u00fcr einen k\u00f6stlichen Nachtisch. Wenn du eine gro\u00dfe Familie hast &#8211; dann stell sicher, dass du ein paar dieser Schoko Cookies versteckst, sonst sind sie vielleicht weg, bevor du es merkst!<\/p>\n<p>Das Beste ist, dass dieses Rezept super einfach ist und nur 10 Zutaten, eine Sch\u00fcssel und weniger als 30 Minuten deiner Zeit erfordert. Bitte verwende aber kein Kokosmehl, da es zu absorbierend ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chia-Ei:<\/strong> Eine Kombination aus gemahlenen Chiasamen (oder Leinsamen) und Wasser. Dies ist eine wunderbare Option, wenn du Kekse ohne Eier machst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zucker:<\/strong> Ich habe Rohrzucker verwendet, aber du kannst auch normalen Zucker oder braunen Zucker nehmen. Verwende Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker\/Dattelzucker f\u00fcr Kekse ohne Raffinadezucker. Low Carb S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Xylit, Erythrit oder Monk Fruit habe ich in diesem Rezept noch nicht ausprobiert, aber sie k\u00f6nnten funktionieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nuss-\/Samenmus:<\/strong> Du kannst Erdnussmus (das habe ich verwendet), Mandelmus, Cashewmus, Sonnenblumenkernmus, etc. verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kakaopulver:<\/strong> Roh oder &#8218;Dutch-Processed&#8216;. Bitte kein gezuckertes Kakaopulver nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Espressopulver<\/strong> verst\u00e4rkt und vertieft den Schokoladengeschmack in diesen Schoko Cookies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vegane Schokodrops:<\/strong> Oder gehackte Schokolade. Bestimmte Drops werden nicht schmelzen &#8211; im Vergleich zu grob gehackter Schokolade, daher wird die Textur variieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokos\u00f6l:<\/strong> Du kannst geschmolzene vegane Butter \/Margarine anstelle von Kokos\u00f6l verwenden. H\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich kannst du es auch ganz weglassen und daf\u00fcr etwas mehr Nussmus nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backpulver:<\/strong> Beeinflusst die Textur der Schokokekse und sorgt f\u00fcr eine etwas &#8222;kuchenartigere&#8220; Textur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanilleextrakt:<\/strong> F\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzlichen Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> Verst\u00e4rkt den Schokoladengeschmack.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*Ich mahle die Sonnenblumenkerne in meiner elektrischen Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle, um Sonnenblumenkernmehl herzustellen. Dann vermischen, bis keine Klumpen mehr vorhanden sind.<\/li>\n<li>Nuss-\/Samenmus nach Wahl, Kokos\u00f6l, Vanilleextrakt und die Chiasamen-Mischung hinzuf\u00fcgen. Im Backofen 14-16 Minuten backen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Kekse werden noch weich sein, wenn du sie aus dem Ofen nimmst, aber verfestigen sich beim Abk\u00fchlen.
