Ich habe bereits Rezepte f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-schokopudding\/\"><strong>veganen Schokopudding<\/strong><\/a> und meinen liebsten <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/bananenpudding-rezept\/\"><strong>Bananenpudding<\/strong><\/a> ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Letzterer besteht aus <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/eierplaetzchen-rezept\/\"><strong>veganen Eierpl\u00e4tzchen<\/strong><\/a>, Bananen, Vanillepudding und veganer Schlagsahne. Das Vanillepudding Rezept hat jedoch definitiv einen eignen Blogbeitrag verdient.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser vegane Pudding ist super einfach, besteht aus nur 5 Hauptzutaten (8 mit meinen optionalen Extras) und einer schnellen und einfachen Zubereitung in 2 Schritten (Pudding kochen und k\u00fchlen!). Der fertige Vanillepudding ist glatt, leicht, cremig und l\u00e4sst sich hervorragend allein genie\u00dfen, mit frischen Fr\u00fcchten\/Fruchtkompott oder als Teil eines anderen Desserts.<\/p>\n<p>Das Beste ist, dass dieses Rezept sehr vielseitig ist; ich habe Optionen f\u00fcr einen nussfreien und zuckerfreien Pudding im Rezept vermerkt. Du kannst auch deine liebste pflanzliche Milch (z. B. Mandelmilch oder Cashew-Milch usw.) verwenden, allerdings wird der Pudding dann weniger reichhaltig und cremig.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Speisest\u00e4rke:<\/strong> Sie verdickt den Vanillepudding und verleiht ihm Textur (siehe auch den Abschnitt &#8222;FAQ&#8220; weiter unten, um einen Ersatz zu finden).<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Du kannst normalen Zucker, Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker, Dattelzucker usw. verwenden. F\u00fcr einen Pudding ohne Zucker bitte die &#8222;FAQ&#8220; unten beachten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cashewmus:<\/strong> Dies wird dem Pudding mehr Cremigkeit und Geschmack verleihen. Du kannst auch jedes andere Nussmus verwenden, z.B. Mandelmus, Erdnussmus, etc. F\u00fcr eine nussfreie Version kannst du Tahini oder Sonnenblumenkernmus benutzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanilleextrakt:<\/strong> Ohne Vanille gibt es keinen selbstgemachten Vanillepudding. Mit dem Schneebesen verr\u00fchren, bis sich die Speisest\u00e4rke aufl\u00f6st, dann die Mischung in einen Kochtopf umf\u00fcllen.<\/li>\n<li>Bei mittlerer Hitze zum Kochen bringen und dabei sehr h\u00e4ufig umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Sobald der Pudding zu kochen beginnt, die Hitze auf niedrig stellen und ca. 1-2 Minuten lang ununterbrochen r\u00fchren. Er wird eindicken und sehr cremig werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 2: Festwerden und abk\u00fchlen lassen<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Den Pudding vom Herd nehmen, in Gl\u00e4ser\/F\u00f6rmchen f\u00fcllen, mit Frischhaltefolie abdecken, um eine Hautbildung zu vermeiden, und in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen, bis er fest ist (mindestens 1 Stunde oder \u00fcber Nacht).<\/li>\n<li>Nun den Vanillepudding nach Belieben mit Fruchtkompott (ich habe Kirschen verwendet) garnieren und genie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Den Tipp mit der Frischhaltefolie solltest du nicht ignorieren, wenn du einen Pudding ohne Haut m\u00f6chtest. Das h\u00e4ngt davon ab, ob du einen leichten Nachtisch oder ein eher dekadentes Dessert m\u00f6chtest.<\/p>\n<p>Ich liebe es, meinen Pudding entweder mit <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/erdbeersosse-kompott\/\"><strong>Kompott<\/strong><\/a> oder einigen frischen Beeren zu servieren. Dann garniere ich ihn mit etwas gehackter veganer wei\u00dfer Schokolade, oder zerkleinerten N\u00fcssen\/Kokosraspeln. Die Kombination aus Himbeeren und Pistazien mit etwas veganer Schlagsahne ist auch sehr lecker! Du kannst ihn auch mit M\u00fcsli, Sirup, zerkleinerten Keksen usw. garnieren.<\/p>\n<p>Alternativ dazu kannst du dieses Vanillepudding-Rezept auch f\u00fcr andere Desserts verwenden &#8211; z.B. f\u00fcr Tarts. Auch Birkenzucker ist m\u00f6glich oder eine Kombination aus Erythrit und Stevia. Ahornsirup w\u00e4re auch in Ordnung; wenn du den Pudding allerdings etwas zu d\u00fcnn findest, solltest du etwas mehr Speisest\u00e4rke hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich den Vanillepudding ohne St\u00e4rke herstellen?<\/h3>\n<p>Um einen Pudding zu machen brauchst du Speisest\u00e4rke (besteht meistens aus Maisst\u00e4rke). Anstelle von Maisst\u00e4rke k\u00f6nntest du eventuell auch Pfeilwurzelmehl verwenden, das Ergebnis sollte \u00e4hnlich sein. Vermeide Tapiokamehl, die den Pudding eher &#8222;glitschig&#8220; als cremig werden l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich den Pudding einfrieren?<\/h3>\n<p>Der Pudding ist zugedeckt im K\u00fchlschrank <strong>3-4 Tage<\/strong> haltbar. Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker, Dattelzucker, usw.). Manche Paleo-Anh\u00e4nger verwenden auch lieber echte Vanille und vermeiden den Alkohol im Vanilleextrakt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Um den Geschmack zu variieren:<\/strong> F\u00fcge ein wenig Zitronenschalenabrieb oder p\u00fcrierte Beeren\/Fr\u00fcchte f\u00fcr mehr Geschmack hinzu. Sie macht den Pudding cremig und reichhaltig. Du kannst auch deine bevorzugte pflanzliche Milch verwenden (z.B. Mandelmilch, Sojamilch oder Cashew-Milch), allerdings wird der Pudding dann weniger reichhaltig und cremig.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aufpassen bei Hafermilch oder Reismilch<\/strong> denn damit wird der Pudding meist nicht fest, da in Getreide das Enzym Amylase enthalten ist, das St\u00e4rke in Zucker umwandelt. Das Gleiche passiert auch bei jeder anderen Milch, wenn du den Pudding-L\u00f6ffel bei der Zubereitung h\u00e4ufig ableckst und wieder in den Topf gibst, da unser Speichel ebenfalls Amylase enth\u00e4lt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Speisest\u00e4rke:<\/strong> Gew\u00f6hnliche Speisest\u00e4rke besteht meist aus Maisst\u00e4rke.
