Vegane Kohlrouladen kommen bei uns ebenfalls sehr oft auf den Tisch.<\/p>\n<p>Gef\u00fcllte Kohlrouladen sind auf der ganzen Welt beliebt. In Polen sind sie unter dem Namen &#8222;Golabki&#8220; bekannt, in Russland hei\u00dfen sie &#8222;Golubtsi&#8220; und im Nahen Osten &#8222;Malfouf&#8220;. Alle enthalten unterschiedliche F\u00fcllungen, So\u00dfen und Zubereitungsarten. Dieses Kohlrouladen-Rezept enth\u00e4lt jedoch eine Mischung aus Reis und Gem\u00fcse und ist nicht nur vegetarisch, sondern tats\u00e4chlich auch komplett vegan! Trotzdem sind die Krautwickel voller Geschmack!<\/p>\n<p>Je nachdem, worauf du Lust hast (und was du in deinem K\u00fchlschrank hast), sind Kohlrouladen auch super vielseitig. Tausche die Gew\u00fcrze und die Sauce aus und experimentiere mit F\u00fcllungen f\u00fcr abwechslungsreiche Variationen. Au\u00dferdem werden sie im Gegensatz zu vielen traditionellen Krautwickel-Rezepten nicht im Ofen, sondern auf dem Herd zubereitet.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr diese asiatische Version des Gerichts habe ich Rollen aus Chinakohl gemacht, die mit einer Mischung aus Reis und Gem\u00fcse gef\u00fcllt und mit einer <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/chinesische-szechuan-sauce\/\"><strong>chinesischen Szechuan Sauce<\/strong><\/a> \u00fcbergossen werden. Du kannst jedoch auch andere Kohlsorten verwenden. Es ist zweifellos hilfreich, dass die Form der meisten Kohlbl\u00e4tter praktisch so gestaltet ist, dass sie sich in sich selbst einwickeln, somit sind sie perfekt f\u00fcr Rollen.<\/p>\n<p>Und das Beste daran ist, dass dieses ganze Rezept aus nur f\u00fcnf Schritten besteht und perfekt ist, um eine gro\u00dfe Portion herzustellen und in der Tiefk\u00fchltruhe zu lagern! Einen gro\u00dfen Topf mit Wasser zum Kochen bringen und 3-4 Kohlbl\u00e4tter reingeben, kochen lassen bis sie weich sind (2-3 Minuten). Herausnehmen und in eine Sch\u00fcssel mit kaltem Wasser geben, dann beiseitestellen. Den Vorgang mit den restlichen Kohlbl\u00e4ttern wiederholen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Gem\u00fcse f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung in W\u00fcrfel schneiden. \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen und Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Ingwer, Karotte, Paprika und Champignon 3-4<br \/>\nMinuten leicht anbraten. Abschmecken und ggf. Gew\u00fcrze anpassen.<\/p>\n<p>Auf jedes Kohlblatt etwa 1 \u00bd-2 Essl\u00f6ffel F\u00fcllung geben. Dann die Seiten und den vorderen Teil \u00fcber die F\u00fcllung falten und aufrollen\u00a0(\u00e4hnlich wie bei einem Burrito). Au\u00dferdem ist dieses Krautwickel-Rezept sehr vielseitig, glutenfrei und pflanzlich! #kohlrouladen #krautwickel #veganekohlrouladen #asiatisch #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>F\u00fcnfter Schritt: Die Sauce zubereiten<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ich benutzte diese <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/chinesische-szechuan-sauce\/\"><strong>Chinesische S\u00fc\u00df-Sauer Sauce<\/strong><\/a> als Basis, mit kleinen \u00c4nderungen (siehe Rezept unten). F\u00fcr die Zubereitung der Sauce:<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einem Topf oder in einer Pfanne erhitzen, dann Ingwer, Knoblauch, Tamari, Reisessig und Ahornsirup hinzuf\u00fcgen. Etwa 1-2 Minuten anbraten. Das Wasser mit der Speisest\u00e4rke vermischen und in die Pfanne gie\u00dfen. Die Gew\u00fcrze hinzugeben und die So\u00dfe noch ein paar Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis sie eingedickt ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kohlrouladen mit der Sauce \u00fcbergie\u00dfen, mit Sesam (und ggf. Einfach auf einem gro\u00dfen Tablett anfrieren, dann in einen Beutel umf\u00fcllen und <strong>bis zu zwei Monate im Gefrierschrank aufbewahren<\/strong>. Vor dem Anbraten im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Es dauert l\u00e4nger, sie vom gek\u00fchlten Zustand aus zu erhitzen, und ich empfehle sie daher wahlweise in der Mikrowelle oder f\u00fcr 10-15 Min.<br \/>\n(bei 180 \u00b0C) im Backofen zu erw\u00e4rmen. Au\u00dferdem ist dieses Krautwickel-Rezept sehr vielseitig, glutenfrei und pflanzlich! #kohlrouladen #krautwickel #veganekohlrouladen #asiatisch #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Hilfreiche Rezept-Anmerkungen<\/h2>\n<h4>Anmerkungen zum Kohl:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kohl:<\/strong> F\u00fcr diese Kohlrouladen, kann man auch andere Kohlsorten nach Wahl benutzen: Wirsing, Gr\u00fcnkohl, Wei\u00dfkohl, Spitzkohl, Jaroma Kohl usw. Es ist sogar m\u00f6glich, Mangold zu verwenden, um einmal etwas anderes zu machen.<\/li>\n<li>Bestimmte Kohlsorten haben eine sehr dicke &#8222;Mittelrippe&#8220; bei jedem Blatt. Nach dem Kochen der Bl\u00e4tter, muss man diese Rippe <strong>zuschneiden<\/strong>, damit sich die Bl\u00e4tter leichter rollen lassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wenn z.B. Jaroma Kohl verwendet wird<\/strong>, der superzarte Bl\u00e4tter hat, dann m\u00fcssen diese vor der Zubereitung der Krautwickel nicht einmal blanchiert werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Es gibt mehrere Methoden zum Trennen der Kohlbl\u00e4tter<\/strong>. Anstatt die einzelnen Bl\u00e4tter zu blanchieren, kann man auch den gesamten Kohl in kochendes Wasser legen und kochen, bis sich die ersten Bl\u00e4tter vom Kohl l\u00f6sen. Die Kohlbl\u00e4tter aus dem Topf nehmen und den Kohl weiterkochen, bis sich die n\u00e4chsten Bl\u00e4tter l\u00f6sen. Diesen Vorgang wiederholen, bis so viele Bl\u00e4tter wie n\u00f6tig vorhanden sind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Der Nachteil dieser Methode besteht darin, dass am Ende der innere halb gegarte Kohl \u00fcbrigbleibt, der nicht f\u00fcr die Rouladen ben\u00f6tigt wird. Somit muss man sich entscheiden, was man damit machen will (da man ihn ziemlich bald aufbrauchen sollte).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Alternativ habe ich von Freunden geh\u00f6rt, dass man stattdessen den gesamten Kohl in den Gefrierschrank legen kann. Den Kohl waschen, entkernen und dann mit Plastikfolie umwickeln (oder in einen gro\u00dfen gefriersicheren Beutel legen) und mindestens 3 Tage einfrieren, besser w\u00e4re eine Woche. I am a German girl, a Pharmaceutic Technical Assistant (PTA), a certified cosmetician. At the moment I live in the Caribbean (Dominican Republic) but I want to go back to Europe in a few years.
