Du wei\u00dft, was das bedeutet? Es ist an der Zeit, mit den Vorbereitungen f\u00fcr Weihnachten zu beginnen und somit vegane Pl\u00e4tzchen und Kekse zu backen. Und in diesem Jahr backe ich zuallererst diese k\u00f6stlichen Zimtsterne, die zu meinen liebsten Weihnachtspl\u00e4tzchen geh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<p>Ich bin vielleicht etwas befangen, aber deutsches Weihnachtsgeb\u00e4ck dominiert eindeutig mein weihnachtliches Backrepertoire. Sie werden meist vor dem Backen mit einer Baiser-Glasur \u00fcberzogen.<\/p>\n<p>Sie sind von Natur aus kuhmilch- und glutenfrei, enthalten jedoch in der Regel Eiwei\u00df (im Keksteig und in der Glasur).<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe nat\u00fcrlich vegane Zimtsterne gemacht. Es gibt jedoch keinen Grund, mit Ei-Alternativen wie Aquafaba- oder Chia-Eiern herumzut\u00fcfteln. Stattdessen braucht man zum Formen des Pl\u00e4tzchen-Teiges nur ein wenig Orangensaft &#8211; ganz unkompliziert! Au\u00dferdem wird bei diesem Rezept auf eine gebackene Glasur verzichtet, denn es wird einfach eine Glasur (optional ohne raffinierten Zucker) nach dem Backen aufgetragen.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend Weihnachtsgeb\u00e4ck w\u00e4hrend der Feiertage, auf Weihnachtsm\u00e4rkten rund um den Globus erh\u00e4ltlich ist, bevorzuge ich es gesunde Kekse und Pl\u00e4tzchen selber zu machen. Falls keine K\u00fcchenmaschine vorhanden ist, einfach die Zutaten in eine mittelgro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit einem L\u00f6ffel umr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Zweiter Schritt: Die feuchten Zutaten hinzuf\u00fcgen<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Den Orangensaft und den Orangenschalenabrieb hinzuf\u00fcgen und mixen, bis der Teig zusammenh\u00e4lt, wenn man ihn mit den Fingern zusammendr\u00fcckt. In Frischhaltefolie einwickeln und 30-60 Minuten (oder l\u00e4nger) im<br \/>\nK\u00fchlschrank kalt stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Den gek\u00fchlten Teig zwischen 2 Lagen Frischhaltefolie oder Backpapier legen und mit einem Nudelholz ausrollen. Er sollte etwa 0,5-0,7 cm dick<br \/>\nsein.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Vierter Schritt: Ausstechen &amp; backen<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Den Ofen auf 175C vorheizen und ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit einer sternf\u00f6rmigen Ausstechform die Pl\u00e4tzchen ausstechen. Abh\u00e4ngig von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Keksausstechers, ergibt das Rezept ca. 30-40 vegane Pl\u00e4tzchen. Abh\u00e4ngig von der Dicke der Pl\u00e4tzchen kann die Backzeit um 1-2<br \/>\nMinuten variieren. Nach dem Auftauen einfach die Glasur auftragen.<\/p>\n<p>Alternativ kann man auch den ungebackenen Teig einfrieren (f\u00fcr 1 Monat). Alternativ dazu k\u00f6nntest du stattdessen auch Zitrone verwenden.<\/li>\n<li>Vegane Zimtsterne kannst du auch <strong>ohne die Glasur<\/strong> machen und lediglich mit etwas Puderzucker (oder Erythrit\/Xylit) best\u00e4uben.<\/li>\n<li>Du k\u00f6nntest statt des Wassers auch <strong>einen Spritzer veganen Lik\u00f6r<\/strong> (z.B. Kirsch) in die Glasur geben (oder Orangensaft).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Um den Geschmack noch zu intensivieren<\/strong>, kannst du auch ein wenig gemahlenen Ingwer\u00a0hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wenn der Teig zu klebrig ist<\/strong>, gib ein wenig extra gemahlene Mandeln oder Puderzucker hinzu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Falls sich die Pl\u00e4tzchen nur schwer ausstechen lassen<\/strong>, tauche die Ausstechform zwischen dem Ausstechen in eine Sch\u00fcssel mit Puderzucker.
