Du kannst sie auch \u00fcber Nacht einweichen, dann lassen sie sich noch leichter p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zweiter Schritt: Die vegane Mayo p\u00fcrieren<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die eingeweichten Cashewn\u00fcsse abgie\u00dfen, absp\u00fclen, in einen Mixer geben und alle anderen Zutaten hinzuf\u00fcgen. So lange p\u00fcrieren, bis die Mischung v\u00f6llig glatt und klumpenfrei ist, dabei die Seiten des Mixers bei Bedarf einige Male mit einem Teigschaber abkratzen. Dann ben\u00f6tigt man allerdings auch mehr Wasser (bis zu 120ml).<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6l:<\/strong> Dadurch wird die Mayo etwas &#8222;geschmeidiger&#8220;, f\u00fcr eine \u00f6lfreie vegane Mayo kann man es auch weglassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kala Namak:<\/strong> Auch bekannt als Schwarzsalz. Es verleiht der Mayo einen &#8220; eierartigen Geschmack&#8220;; man kann es aber auch weglassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wasser:<\/strong> Falls du einen Hochleistungsmixer (wie z.B. der Vitamix) verwendest, musst du h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich etwas weniger Wasser benutzen. Bei Verwendung einer K\u00fcchenmaschine, ben\u00f6tigst du, je nach Modell, m\u00f6glicherweise etwas mehr Wasser.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zucker:<\/strong> F\u00fcr dieses Rezept kannst du ein S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel deiner Wahl verwenden. Ahornsirup und andere fl\u00fcssige S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel, verd\u00fcnnen die vegane Mayonnaise. F\u00fcr eine zuckerfreie Mayonnaise verwende ein S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Erythritol. Auf Wunsch kann man den Zucker auch ganz weglassen.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr eine <strong>nussfreie Version<\/strong> k\u00f6nnte man versuchen, Sonnenblumenkerne zu verwenden. Dann ben\u00f6tigt man allerdings auch mehr Wasser (bis zu 120ml).<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6l:<\/strong> Dadurch wird die vegane Mayo etwas \"geschmeidiger\", f\u00fcr eine \u00f6lfreie vegane Mayo kann man es auch weglassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kala Namak:<\/strong> Auch bekannt als Schwarzsalz. Es verleiht der Mayo einen \" eierartigen Geschmack\"; man kann es aber auch weglassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wasser:<\/strong> Falls ein Hochleistungsmixer (wie z.B. der Vitamix) verwendet wird, muss man h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich etwas weniger Wasser verwenden. Bei Verwendung eines Zerkleinerers, ben\u00f6tigt man m\u00f6glicherweise, je nach Modell, etwas mehr Wasser.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zucker:<\/strong> F\u00fcr eine zuckerfreie Mayonnaise verwende ein S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Erythrit. Auf Wunsch kannst du den Zucker auch ganz weglassen.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr eine <strong>nussfreie Version<\/strong> k\u00f6nnte man versuchen, Sonnenblumenkerne zu verwenden.
