In die vorbereitete Auflaufform geben und beiseite stellen (siehe Bilder weiter unten).<\/p>\n<p>In einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel Zucker, Maisst\u00e4rke (oder Mehl nach Wahl), Zimt, Muskatnuss, Salz und Kardamom (optional) mit einem L\u00f6ffel\/Schneebesen vermischen. Dann Ahornsirup, Wasser, Zitronensaft, Vanilleextrakt hinzuf\u00fcgen und umr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Mischung \u00fcber die in Scheiben geschnittenen \u00c4pfel gie\u00dfen, gut umr\u00fchren und in einer gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Schicht verteilen.<\/p>\n<p>Dann die Streuselmischung aus dem K\u00fchlschrank nehmen und \u00fcber die \u00c4pfel streuen. Wenn du f\u00fcr den Nachtisch bereit bist, die Streusel auf der Apfelf\u00fcllung verteilen und backen. Dies kann einen Tag im Voraus geschehen (der Zitronensaft hilft, dass die \u00c4pfel nicht braun werden).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie aufbewahren?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lagere eventuelle Reste in der K\u00fcche (k\u00fchle Temperatur) f\u00fcr 1-2 Tage oder im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr 4-5 Tage. Du kannst den Apple Crumble in der Mikrowelle oder im Ofen wieder aufw\u00e4rmen.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser Apple Crisp (gebacken oder roh) kann in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter 3-4 Monate lang eingefroren werden. Die Knusprigkeit des Toppings wird dadurch jedoch leicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt. Dies w\u00e4ren, zum Beispiel, Granny Smith, Boskoop, Gala, Gravensteiner-\u00c4pfel, oder Braeburn. Du k\u00f6nntest auch zwei s\u00e4uerliche \u00c4pfel (z.B. Granny Smith) und zwei s\u00fc\u00dfere \u00c4pfel (z.B. Jonagold, Gala oder Braeburn) verwenden. Du solltest jedoch beachten, dass weichere \u00c4pfel zerfallen k\u00f6nnen, anstatt ihre Form zu behalten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die \u00c4pfel k\u00f6nnen ungesch\u00e4lt bleiben<\/strong>, falls gew\u00fcnscht. Oft sieht man nicht einmal, dass die Schalen \u00fcberhaupt vorhanden sind &#8211; aber durch die zus\u00e4tzlichen Ballaststoffe und N\u00e4hrstoffe wird der Apple Crumble etwas ges\u00fcnder.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Verwende ein fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel deiner Wahl, z.B. Ahornsirup, Agavensirup, Reismalzsirup usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr einen zuckerfreien Apfel Crumble<\/strong> kannst du ein zuckerfreies S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel (z.B. Erythrit usw.) verwenden. Allerdings kann dies die Textur von der Streuseldecke leicht ver\u00e4ndern.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optionale Zus\u00e4tze:<\/strong> F\u00fcr ein noch knusprigeres Topping k\u00f6nnen gehackte N\u00fcsse wie Waln\u00fcsse, Pekann\u00fcsse, Mandeln usw. hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. Ich gebe auch gerne Rosinen oder getrocknete Cranberries zur F\u00fcllung hinzu oder kombiniere Birnen und \u00c4pfel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Falls du braunen Zucker benutzt<\/strong>, achte bitte darauf, dass du eine Marke verwendest, die vegan ist. Bio Marken sind soweit ich wei\u00df immer vegan.
