Wie zum Beispiel jede Menge YouTube-Videos \u00fcber &#8222;Spicy Noodle Challenges&#8220; anzusehen&#8230; Videos mit dem Titel &#8222;Ich esse die sch\u00e4rfsten Nudeln der Welt&#8220; haben es mir seltsamerweise angetan. Es gibt tats\u00e4chlich Leute, die sich 15 Packungen dieser &#8222;Korean Fire Noodles&#8220; reinziehen.<\/p>\n<p>Ich pers\u00f6nlich k\u00f6nnte wahrscheinlich maximal anderthalb P\u00e4ckchen solcher super scharfen Asianudeln essen. Doch jedes Mal, wenn ich mir eines dieser Videos anschaue, bekomme ich Lust darauf, auch so etwas zu essen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist diese asiatische Nudelpfanne, wie die meisten Nudelgerichte, eine tolle &#8222;Resteverwertung&#8220; f\u00fcr das Gem\u00fcse, das man au\u00dferdem vielleicht schon im K\u00fchlschrank oder in der Speisekammer hat.<\/p>\n<p>Gebratene Nudeln sind auch sehr gut anpassbar &#8211; man kann die Nudelsorte variieren, den Sch\u00e4rfegrad \u00e4ndern, das Gem\u00fcse, und etwaige Beilagen nach Belieben austauschen. Du selbst kannst entscheiden welche Extras du in deinen Asia Nudeln haben m\u00f6chtest (Tofu passt zum Beispiel auch super)!<\/p>\n<p>Mit einer Kombination aus milden Paprikaschoten, scharfer Chili, Knoblauch, Ingwer, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, Tomatenmark und Sriracha &#8211; verfeinert mit einer s\u00fc\u00dfen und pikanten Sauce, fehlt es diesen Chili-Nudeln definitiv nicht an Geschmack! Unter h\u00e4ufigem R\u00fchren ca. 4 Minuten anbraten. Eine weitere Minute anbraten, abschmecken und ggf. die Gew\u00fcrze anpassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 6: Servieren<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mit dem gr\u00fcnen Teil der Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln und Sesamsamen garnieren. Die Reste k\u00f6nnen kalt\/bei Zimmertemperatur gegessen oder in der Mikrowelle\/auf dem Herd aufgew\u00e4rmt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Gericht kann m\u00f6glicherweise problemlos eingefroren werden, jedoch habe ich es noch nicht ausprobiert. Karotten, Kohl, Brokkoli, Zuckerschoten, Mais, Pilze, Auberginen, Bok Choy, usw. Ich liebe es, \u00fcbrig gebliebenes Gem\u00fcse aufzubrauchen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eiwei\u00df:<\/strong> Falls etwas zus\u00e4tzliches Protein gew\u00fcnscht wird, kann z.B. Tofu oder deine bevorzugte Fleisch-Alternative hinzugegeben werden. F\u00fcge beim Servieren etwas extra Sriracha Sauce (oder scharfe Sauce deiner Wahl), Chilischoten und\/oder rote Chiliflocken hinzu, um mehr Sch\u00e4rfe zu erhalten. Oder reduziere sie jeweils f\u00fcr weniger Sch\u00e4rfe.
