Au\u00dferdem ist es sehr einfach zuzubereiten (Tipps findest du im Abschnitt &#8222;Hinweise zur Aufbewahrung&#8220;).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erster Schritt:<\/strong> Zuerst die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in ca. 2,5 cm gro\u00dfe, gleich gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zweiter Schritt:<\/strong> Die St\u00fccke in einen gro\u00dfen Topf geben und mit Wasser bedecken, dann zum Kochen bringen und bei mittlerer Hitze 10-15 Minuten, oder bis sie gar sind, k\u00f6cheln lassen. Wenn sie fertig sind, abgie\u00dfen und in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dritter Schritt:<\/strong> Dann den Ofen auf 190 Grad Celsius vorheizen und eine mittelgro\u00dfe Auflaufform mit \u00d6l einfetten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vierter Schritt:<\/strong> Zucker, Kokosmilch, Vanilleextrakt, Zimt, Muskatnuss und Salz in die Sch\u00fcssel (in der sich die gekochten S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln befinden) geben und mit einem Kartoffelstampfer stampfen oder ein elektrisches Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t verwenden. Die Mischung abschmecken und die Gew\u00fcrze und den Zucker nach Belieben anpassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcnfter Schritt:<\/strong> Das S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelp\u00fcree in die Auflaufform geben und mit einem L\u00f6ffel oder Teigschaber glatt streichen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sechster Schritt:<\/strong> Mehl, Zucker, Zimt und Salz in einer mittelgro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel vermischen und mit einem L\u00f6ffel umr\u00fchren, dann den Ahornsirup und die vegane Margarine hinzuf\u00fcgen. Mit den H\u00e4nden oder einer Gabel zerkleinern\/mischen, bis sich Kr\u00fcmel bilden, dann die gehackten Pekann\u00fcsse unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Siebter Schritt:<\/strong> Die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelmasse mit dem Pekannuss-Streusel-Topping bestreuen und unbedeckt 30-35 Minuten oder bis die Streusel anfangen, goldbraun zu werden, backen.
