Man braucht nur einen Topf und eine Pfanne, keine ausgefallenen oder komplizierten Zutaten, und das Gericht ist weitaus ges\u00fcnder als ein &#8222;Takeout&#8220; (Essen zum Mitnehmen) vom China Imbiss.<\/p>\n<p>Ich liebe gebratene Nudeln z.B. Lo Mein (vegan) genauso wie wahrscheinlich jeder andere Mensch. Leider sind sie aber nicht gerade die ges\u00fcndeste Option und sind gew\u00f6hnlich mit reichlich \u00d6l und manchmal sogar mit dem umstrittenen MSG gew\u00fcrzt. Wenn du Asia Nudeln zu Hause zubereitest, sparst du zum einen Geld, verwendest ges\u00fcndere Zutaten und es schmeckt trotzdem der ganzen Familie!<\/p>\n<p>Dies ist das ultimative Gericht, das ich gerne zubereite, wenn ich wei\u00df, dass ich im K\u00fchlschrank verschiedene &#8222;Gem\u00fcsereste&#8220; habe, die dringend aufgebraucht werden m\u00fcssen. Dieses Rezept enth\u00e4lt einige meiner Lieblingszutaten und Gem\u00fcse, das ich normalerweise immer in meiner K\u00fcche habe. All diese Elemente k\u00f6nnen individuell angepasst werden. Zum Beispiel Reisnudeln, Ramen-Nudeln, Bandnudeln, Udon-Nudeln, Buchweizen-Nudeln, Linguine und sogar Spaghetti!<\/p>\n<p>Genau &#8211; sogar italienische Spaghetti passen zu diesen Asianudeln. Ich verwende meistens Linguine- oder Reisnudeln und das Ergebnis ist toll! Du kannst dich auch in einem Asia Gesch\u00e4ft nach unz\u00e4hligen verschiedenen Nudelvarianten erkundigen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong> Dieses Gericht eignet sich hervorragend, um \u00fcbrig gebliebenes Gem\u00fcse und noch dazu reichlich anderes Gem\u00fcse zu verwenden. Ich habe <strong>Champignons, Karotten, rote Paprika <\/strong>und <strong>Zucchini<\/strong> genommen. Mir gef\u00e4llt jedoch die Kombination aus Gem\u00fcse, Kohlenhydraten und optionalem Eiwei\u00df f\u00fcr ein vollwertiges Gericht.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr ein noch schnelleres Gericht: Du k\u00f6nntest vorgekochte Nudeln und sogar vorgekochtes Gem\u00fcse oder eine Packung TK-Gem\u00fcse verwenden.<\/li>\n<li>Verwende ein \u00d6l deiner Wahl. Sesam\u00f6l eignet sich jedoch hervorragend, um dem Gericht viel Geschmack zu verleihen.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr eine etwas andere Sauce magst du vielleicht diese chinesische Szechuan Sauce testen. Bevorzugst du eine s\u00fc\u00dfere Sauce? Dann probiere diese s\u00fc\u00df-saure Hoisin-Sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Du kannst Pfeilwurzelmehl oder Tapiokast\u00e4rke anstelle der Maisst\u00e4rke f\u00fcr die Sauce verwenden.<\/li>\n<li>Anstelle des Ahornsirups k\u00f6nntest du ebenfalls Reissirup, Agavendicksaft oder normalen Zucker verwenden.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr noch mehr Geschmackstiefe verwende eine Kombination aus heller und dunkler Sojasauce. Die dunkle Sojasauce f\u00fcgt der Sauce wirklich extra Umami hinzu.
