Es bezieht sich auf eine Art Tontopf, der zur Zubereitung von Eintopf-Gerichten mit vor allem Fleisch und Gem\u00fcse verwendet wird.<\/p>\n<p>In Serbien bezieht sich Djuvec auf einen geschichteten Schmortopf mit Gem\u00fcse, Fleisch und Reis, der oft mit einer Schicht Tomaten belegt wird, die beim Kochen karamellisieren.<\/p>\n<p>Im Vergleich dazu ist Djuvec Reis ein Eintopf-Gericht, das Gem\u00fcse, Reis und Gew\u00fcrze kombiniert und dann traditionell als Beilage zu gegrilltem Fleisch wie Souvlaki, Gyros oder Cevapcici serviert wird. Die Zwiebel und die Paprika hinzuf\u00fcgen und 3-4 Minuten leicht anbraten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zweiter Schritt:<\/strong> Knoblauch, Ajvar, alle Gew\u00fcrze (jedoch nicht die frischen Kr\u00e4uter) und Reis hinzugeben und weitere 1-2 Minuten braten, bis die Mischung leicht aromatisch ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dritter Schritt:<\/strong> Anschlie\u00dfend die zerkleinerten Tomaten und die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzugeben, gut umr\u00fchren und die Mischung zum Kochen bringen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vierter Schritt:<\/strong> Sobald es kocht, die Hitze reduzieren und zugedeckt 12-15 Minuten unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcnfter Schritt:<\/strong> Die Tiefk\u00fchlerbsen hinzugeben, umr\u00fchren und weitere 5-6 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.
