Es gibt s\u00fc\u00dfe und salzige (bekannt als Chaas\/Dogh und \u00e4hnlich dem t\u00fcrkischen Ayran) Versionen und besteht im Wesentlichen aus Joghurt, Wasser, Gew\u00fcrzen und in diesem Fall Mango. Das Ergebnis ist ein Getr\u00e4nk wie ein Mango Smoothie\/Milchshake mit dem s\u00e4uerlichen Touch von Joghurt.<\/p>\n<p>Da das Lassi-Getr\u00e4nk auf Joghurt basiert, wird ihm eine Reihe von gesundheitlichen Vorteilen nachgesagt, darunter die <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/food.ndtv.com\/food-drinks\/5-amazing-health-benefits-of-drinking-lassi-1802147\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">F\u00f6rderung der Verdauun<\/a>g<\/strong>, die Verhinderung von Bl\u00e4hungen, die St\u00e4rkung des Immunsystems und der Knochengesundheit sowie eine gesunde Dosis Probiotika. Alternativ kannst du gefrorene Mangos oder sogar Mangop\u00fcree aus dem Glas (250 g) verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veganer Joghurt<\/strong> &#8211; Verwende Joghurt deiner Wahl; Mandel, Soja, Kokos. Allerdings beeinflussen sie alle den Geschmack auf unterschiedliche Weise. Du kannst auch versuchen, Kefir zu verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pflanzenmilch<\/strong> &#8211; Verwende auch hier deine bevorzugte Milch. Ich verwende gerne <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kokosmilch-selber-machen-rezept\/\"><strong>Kokosmilch<\/strong><\/a> f\u00fcr dieses Getr\u00e4nk, aber das bleibt dir \u00fcberlassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel<\/strong> &#8211; Es gibt mehrere Optionen, darunter Biozucker, fl\u00fcssige Optionen wie Ahornsirup oder ketofreundliche S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Erythrit. Du musst die Menge anpassen, je nachdem wie s\u00fc\u00df die Mango ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kardamom<\/strong> (optional) &#8211; Obwohl diese Zutat optional ist, empfehle ich, sie f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzlichen Geschmack hinzuzuf\u00fcgen. Wenn du ein d\u00fcnneres Lassi bevorzugst, dann f\u00fcge ein wenig zus\u00e4tzliche Milch hinzu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 3.<\/strong> Wenn du lieber ein Slush machen m\u00f6chtest, dann kannst du einige Eisw\u00fcrfel in den Mixer geben und erneut p\u00fcrieren. F\u00fcr ein cremiges Ergebnis kannst du die Eisw\u00fcrfel weglassen oder stattdessen gefrorene Mango nehmen.
