Jedes Mal, wenn meine Mutter und ich eine neue Eislaufhalle besuchten, ging ich zum Getr\u00e4nkeautomaten und kaufte mir eine Tomatensuppe. Mit Sicherheit waren diese Automatensuppen nicht besonders gesund, da sie wahrscheinlich viele Konservierungsstoffe und nat\u00fcrlich keine frischen Zutaten enthielten. Aber sie waren lecker und hielten mich warm.<\/p>\n<p>Jetzt, viele Jahre sp\u00e4ter, mache ich meine eigene selbstgemachte frische Tomatensuppe, die viel <strong>ges\u00fcnder <\/strong>und zudem <strong>vegan <\/strong>ist. Ich werde die Hauptzutaten nachfolgend auff\u00fchren:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zwiebel und Knoblauch<\/strong> &#8211; ich empfehle die Verwendung von frischen Zwiebeln und Knoblauch, da beide der Suppe viel Geschmack verleihen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dosentomaten oder frische Tomaten<\/strong> &#8211; Ich bevorzuge frische Tomaten, aber du kannst auch Tomaten aus der Dose verwenden, wenn frische Tomaten gerade nicht in der Saison sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/strong> &#8211; Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche oder -fond verleiht der Suppe einen herrlichen Geschmack. Du kannst auch Wasser und einen Bouillonw\u00fcrfel verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nudeln<\/strong> &#8211; Ich habe Makkaroni verwendet, aber du kannst jede Nudelsorte deiner Wahl verwenden. Ich empfehle eher kleinere Nudelsorten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vegane Sahne\/Creme oder Kokosmilch aus der Dose<\/strong> &#8211; Beides macht die Tomatensuppe cremig und schmackhaft. Oder verwende etwas <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-schmand\/\"><strong>veganen Schmand<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veganer Parmesan<\/strong> &#8211; Ich habe <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-parmesan\/\"><strong>selbstgemachten veganen Parmesan K\u00e4se<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0benutzt. Ich werde kurz beschreiben, wie du die Tomatensuppe aus frischen Tomaten zubereiten kannst, denn so habe ich es schlie\u00dflich auch gemacht: Du solltest die Tomaten im Ofen bei 200 Grad Celsius etwa 30 Minuten lang r\u00f6sten.<\/p>\n<p>Alternativ k\u00f6nntest du sie auch <strong>1-2 Minuten<\/strong> lang in einem gro\u00dfen Topf mit Wasser <strong>kochen<\/strong>, um die Haut leichter zu entfernen und die Tomaten weich zu machen. Das R\u00f6sten der Tomaten verleiht der Suppe jedoch mehr Aroma. Nach dem R\u00f6sten kann die Haut leicht entfernt werden (bitte nicht die Finger verbrennen).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 2:<\/strong> Erhitze das \u00d6l in einem gro\u00dfen Topf bei mittlerer Hitze. Du kannst Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche verwenden, wenn du eine \u00f6lfreie Tomatensuppe bevorzugst. F\u00fcge die gehackte Zwiebel hinzu und brate sie etwa 3 Minuten an, dann Knoblauch einr\u00fchren und eine weitere Minute anbraten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 3:<\/strong> F\u00fcge auch die Tomaten, alle trockenen Gew\u00fcrze und das Tomatenmark hinzu. Du kannst jedoch gerne einen Standmixer oder eine K\u00fcchenmaschine verwenden, um die Suppe zu p\u00fcrieren. Abh\u00e4ngig von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe deines Mixers musst du m\u00f6glicherweise in Chargen arbeiten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 5:<\/strong> Sobald die Suppe p\u00fcriert ist, kannst du sie erhitzen. Sobald die Suppe kocht, f\u00fcge die trockenen Nudeln hinzu. Reduziere die Hitze und koche die Suppe bei mittlerer Hitze, bis die Nudeln al dente sind (achte auf die Packungsbeilage der Nudeln).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 6:<\/strong> Koste die Tomaten-Nudelsuppe und verfeinere sie nach Wunsch mit mehr Salz\/Pfeffer\/Gew\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 7:<\/strong> Zum Schluss die vegane Sahne oder Kokosmilch oder Creme deiner Wahl hinzuf\u00fcgen und umr\u00fchren. Serviere die Suppe in Sch\u00fcsseln, garniere sie mit veganem Parmesan, frischen Kr\u00e4utern nach Wahl.
