Im Vergleich dazu besteht dieses Rezept aus nur wenigen einfachen Schritten, zu denen das Zerkr\u00fcmeln des Tofus und das Mischen der Zutaten geh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<p>Wie ich schon sagte &#8211; viel einfacher geht es wirklich nicht, und in wenigen Minuten kann man diesen H\u00fcttenk\u00e4se selber machen! Ich ziehe es vor, Joghurt anstelle von z.B. Seidentofu zu verwenden, um einen besseren Geschmack zu erzielen und damit der H\u00fcttenk\u00e4se-Ersatz nicht zu sehr nach Tofu schmeckt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zwiebelpulver<\/strong> &#8211; Um ein wenig zus\u00e4tzlichen Geschmack hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wei\u00dfer Essig<\/strong> \u2013 Verleiht dem k\u00f6rnigen Frischk\u00e4se einen w\u00fcrzigen Geschmack. Obwohl der K\u00e4seersatz nach einer Stunde Abk\u00fchlung im K\u00fchlschrank verzehrt werden kann, <strong>schmeckt er am n\u00e4chsten Tag noch besser<\/strong>, da der Joghurt Zeit hat, die Mischung fast zu &#8222;kultivieren&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe es nicht versucht diesen k\u00f6rnigen Frischk\u00e4se einzufrieren, da ich mir vorstellen k\u00f6nnte, dass der Tofu sich durch das Einfrieren negativ in der Textur ver\u00e4ndert.
