Sie haben einen wunderbaren Vanillegeschmack mit einer knusprigen, aber auch leicht weichen Textur. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich k\u00f6nnen sie das ganze Jahr \u00fcber gegessen werden und nicht nur als Ostergeb\u00e4ck.<\/p>\n<p>Meine Oma hat sie immer in der Speisekammer aufbewahrt und ich habe sie liebend gerne zwischendurch genascht. Auch heute kann man sie noch in Deutschland in vielen Superm\u00e4rkten kaufen.<\/p>\n<p>Die urspr\u00fcnglichen Nilla-Pl\u00e4tzchen aus USA wurden einst aus Butter, Eiern, Weizenmehl, Zucker &#8211; und nat\u00fcrlich Vanille &#8211; hergestellt. Die vollst\u00e4ndige <strong>Zutatenliste, sowie Ma\u00dfangaben und N\u00e4hrwertinformationen<\/strong> findest du <strong>unten im ausdruckbaren Rezept<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 1 &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0Zun\u00e4chst wird der Ofen auf 175 Grad Celsius vorgeheizt und ein gro\u00dfes Backblech mit Backpapier ausgelegt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 2 &#8211;<\/strong> Anschlie\u00dfend werden die Leinsameneier zubereitet, indem 2 Essl\u00f6ffel gemahlene Leinsamen mit 5 Essl\u00f6ffeln Wasser in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel vermischt und gut verquirlt werden. Auf das Backblech legen. Diesen Schritt mit dem restlichen M\u00fcrbeteig wiederholen &#8211; du solltest etwa 40 cookies erhalten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 6 &#8211;<\/strong> Die Pl\u00e4tzchen etwa 15 Minuten lang im Ofen backen oder bis die R\u00e4nder anfangen braun zu werden. Wenn sie noch knuspriger sein sollen, dann backe sie etwas l\u00e4nger. Sie sind auch eine tolle Alternative zu L\u00f6ffelbiskuit in Rezepten wie diesem <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganes-tiramisu-rezept\/\"><strong>veganen Tiramisu<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00f6chtest du einen Snack ohne &#8222;Reue&#8220;? Genie\u00dfe ein paar von ihnen mit einem Glas deiner Lieblings-Pflanzenmilch, einem veganen Milchshake oder hei\u00dfen Getr\u00e4nken wie Kakao, Tee oder Kaffee. Zur Herstellung werden 2 Essl\u00f6ffel gemahlene Chiasamen mit 5 Essl\u00f6ffeln Wasser verquirlt und f\u00fcnf Minuten stehen gelassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Das Reismehl:<\/strong> Ich habe wei\u00dfes Reismehl verwendet, aber braunes Reismehl wird auch funktionieren. Du kannst h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich auch eine gekaufte glutenfreie Mehlmischung oder normales Weizenmehl verwenden. Allerdings habe ich mit diesen Optionen noch nicht experimentiert, daher wei\u00df ich nicht, wie sie sich auf das Ergebnis auswirken werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene Mandeln:<\/strong> Du k\u00f6nntest auch andere N\u00fcsse deiner Wahl wie Macadamia oder Cashewn\u00fcsse verwenden. Und wenn er zu trocken erscheint, kannst du <strong>etwas mehr Pflanzenmilch<\/strong> hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Diese Kekse breiten sich beim Backen nicht aus, also achte darauf, dass du den Schritt des <strong>Flachdr\u00fcckens<\/strong> nicht \u00fcberspringst.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn du diese Pl\u00e4tzchen in einem Dessert mit z.B.
