Zuerst den Reis und das Gem\u00fcse vorbereiten, dann das Dressing und schlie\u00dflich alles zusammenstellen.<\/p>\n<p>Die vollst\u00e4ndige Liste der <strong>Zutaten, Ma\u00dfangaben und N\u00e4hrwertangaben f\u00fcr dieses Rezept ist unten im ausdruckbaren Rezept<\/strong> zu finden.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 1 &#8211; Reis einweichen:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Den Reis in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben, mit lauwarmem Wasser bedecken und 15 Minuten lang einweichen lassen, dann abgie\u00dfen. Ein l\u00e4ngeres Einweichen (z.B. 1 Stunde) funktioniert ebenfalls, und der Reis wird dadurch auch schneller gar.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 2 &#8211; Reis kochen:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche (oder Salzwasser) in einem Topf zum Kochen bringen, dann den Reis hinzuf\u00fcgen und mit einem Deckel zudecken. Etwa 30-35 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis fast die gesamte Fl\u00fcssigkeit verdampft ist. Dann vom Herd nehmen und weitere 10 Minuten bei geschlossenem Deckel zugedeckt ziehen lassen, dann den Deckel abnehmen, den Reis auflockern und abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Hinweis* Dadurch wird der Reis locker, und die einzelnen K\u00f6rner werden nicht matschig. Du kannst auch w\u00e4hrend der letzten 10 Minuten ein Geschirrtuch unter den Deckel legen, damit das Kondenswasser nicht auf den Reis zur\u00fccktropft.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 3 &#8211; Gem\u00fcse schneiden und Dressing zubereiten:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit, w\u00e4hrend der Reis abk\u00fchlt, kannst du das ganze Gem\u00fcse fein hacken und das Dressing zubereiten, indem du alle Dressing-Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel gibst und gut umr\u00fchrst. Wenn du ein d\u00fcnneres Dressing bevorzugst, kannst du ein wenig Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 4 &#8211; Salat zusammenstellen:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Wenn du fertig bist, vermische das Gem\u00fcse und den Reis in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel, gie\u00dfe das Dressing dar\u00fcber und r\u00fchre alles gut durch.
