Allerdings bringt der thail\u00e4ndische klebrige Reis das Dessert auf ein ganz neues Niveau. Kombiniert mit einer s\u00fc\u00dfen Kokosmilch So\u00dfe und frischer Mango ist dieses Mango Sticky Rice Rezept noch schmackhafter und wird dich veranlassen, noch mehr davon zu wollen.<\/p>\n<p>Ich muss ein Eingest\u00e4ndnis machen &#8211; als ich anfing, dieses Gericht zu Hause zuzubereiten, habe ich den Reis m\u00f6glicherweise einmal gekocht, anstatt ihn zu d\u00e4mpfen &#8211; ich wei\u00df, ich wei\u00df &#8211; das ist einfach nicht richtig &#8211; deshalb d\u00e4mpfe ich jetzt immer den Reis, und das Ergebnis ist fantastisch!<\/p>\n<p>Der Klebereis hat eine k\u00f6stlich klebrige, fast &#8222;Sushi-Reis&#8220;-\u00e4hnliche Textur, die die s\u00fc\u00dfe Kokosmilch So\u00dfe aufsaugt und dadurch sehr k\u00f6stlich wird. Die frischen Mango Scheiben dagegen durchschneiden die Reichhaltigkeit vom Kokosmilchreis. Insgesamt spricht dieses Mango Dessert diejenigen an, die etwas Leichtes UND Dekadentes wollen.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem ist dieses Rezept f\u00fcr s\u00fc\u00dfen Reis ein Rezept, das ich mehrmals mache, vor allem im Sommer. Bei Verwendung von Kokoscreme ist das Gericht cremiger, enth\u00e4lt aber auch einen h\u00f6heren Fettgehalt.<\/p>\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich besteht dieses ganze Rezept aus nur <strong>7 Zutaten<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Klebriger Reis<\/li>\n<li>Kokosmilch<\/li>\n<li>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel (z.B. Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker, Ahornsirup, Biozucker, Erythrit&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Meersalz<\/li>\n<li>Maisst\u00e4rke ODER Tapiokamehl<\/li>\n<li>Mango<\/li>\n<li>Ger\u00f6stete Sesamk\u00f6rner ODER Kokosflocken (zum Garnieren)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>F\u00fcr diejenigen, die dieses Gericht auf eine etwas leichtere Art und Weise genie\u00dfen m\u00f6chten, gibt es jedoch Optionen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Kokosmilch:<\/strong> F\u00fcr eine fettreduzierte Version von Kokosmilchreis kannst du auch Kokosmilch light verwenden. Dadurch wird der Reis etwas weniger cremig, aber er ist trotzdem k\u00f6stlich.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Du kannst den Zucker in diesem Rezept ganz weglassen und an seiner Stelle ein S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel verwenden, welches raffiniert zuckerfrei ist. Meine Lieblingsoptionen sind Erythrit und Xylit (Birkenzucker). Wenn du Stevia basierte S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel verwendest, kann manchmal auch die verwendete Menge reduziert werden, da manche sogar s\u00fc\u00dfer als Zucker sein k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Du k\u00f6nntest auch Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker, Dattelzucker, Rohrohrzucker oder Ahornsirup usw. verwenden.
