Gelbe oder rote Zwiebeln gehen auch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Joghurt:<\/strong> Klassischer Gurkensalat wird mit Naturjoghurt oder griechischem Joghurt zubereitet. F\u00fcr die vegane Variante kannst du pflanzlichen Joghurt oder <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-schmand\/\"><strong>veganen Schmand<\/strong><\/a> auf Basis von Soja, Kokos oder Cashew nehmen. Alternativ: 150\u202fg Seidentofu oder veganer Frischk\u00e4se + 40\u202fml Pflanzenmilch p\u00fcrieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zucker:<\/strong> Zum Beispiel Dattelzucker, Rohrohrzucker oder Erythrit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Essig:<\/strong> Wei\u00dfer Essig, Wei\u00dfweinessig oder Apfelessig \u2013 sie bringen jeweils eine etwas andere Note in den Gurkensalat mit Joghurt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frischer Dill:<\/strong> Und davon reichlich! Alternativ mit einem K\u00fcchentuch abtupfen \u2013 so bleibt das Dressing sch\u00f6n cremig und nicht zu w\u00e4ssrig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 2:<\/strong> F\u00fcr das Dressing veganen Joghurt oder saure Sahne, Knoblauch, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer und Dill (oder Kr\u00e4uter nach Wahl) in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und gut verr\u00fchren \u2013 alternativ im Mixer glatt p\u00fcrieren.
