Diese knusprigen R\u00f6llchen schmecken Veganern, Vegetariern, als auch Fleischessern gleicherma\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Einfache Zutaten<\/h2>\n<p>Alles, was du brauchst, sind ein paar Zutaten aus der Speisekammer, die du vielleicht schon zu Hause hast. Insgesamt sind es 12 Zutaten, einschlie\u00dflich der Gew\u00fcrze.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Hauptzutat sind gekochte <strong>Kichererbsen<\/strong>, entweder aus dem Glas\/Dose oder du kannst auch getrocknete Kichererbsen selbst kochen (vor dem Kochen einweichen lassen).<\/li>\n<li>Um diesen vegetarischen Wraps eine gesunde Note zu verleihen, habe ich frischen <strong>Spinat<\/strong> hinzugef\u00fcgt. Gefrorener Spinat (aufgetaut) sollte auch in Ordnung sein! Du solltest ihn dann jedoch etwas abtupfen\/leicht auswringen, damit er nicht zu feucht ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pilze<\/strong> f\u00fcgen eine &#8222;fleischige&#8220; Textur hinzu, k\u00f6nnen aber durch deinen Lieblingsfleischersatz wie veganes &#8222;Hack&#8220; (z.B. Sojaschnetzel oder Sonnenblumenhack) ersetzt werden. Du kannst sie auch ganz weglassen und stattdessen einfach mehr Gem\u00fcse nehmen.<\/li>\n<li>Die anderen Zutaten wie <strong>Zwiebeln<\/strong>, <strong>Knoblauch<\/strong> und <strong>Gew\u00fcrze<\/strong> sorgen f\u00fcr einen leckeren Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li>Nat\u00fcrlich ben\u00f6tigt man auch <strong>selbstgemachte Crepes<\/strong> oder im Laden <strong>gekaufte Tortillas<\/strong>. Es ist nicht nur glutenfrei, sondern auch getreidefrei, eifrei (im Gegensatz zu traditionellen franz\u00f6sischen Cr\u00eapes) und sehr einfach zuzubereiten. Ich habe jedoch 400 ml Wasser genommen, um die Wraps so d\u00fcnn wie Crepes zu machen.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist wichtig, eine Pfanne von guter Qualit\u00e4t zu verwenden, um sicherzustellen, dass die Crepes nicht an der Pfanne haften bleiben oder rei\u00dfen. Ich habe die beste Erfahrung mit einer Antihaftpfanne und die schlechteste Erfahrung mit einer Eisengusspfanne gemacht.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du meine glutenfreien Crepes nicht herstellen m\u00f6chtest oder keine Zeit hast, k\u00f6nnen auch im Laden gekaufte Tortillas verwendet werden, obwohl diese viel dicker als Crepes sind. Damit werden die fertigen R\u00f6llchen eher wie Burritos aussehen. Das Rezept ist vegan, glutenfrei, getreidefrei, schnell und einfach zuzubereiten. #herzhaftecrepes #veganecrepes #vegetarischewraps #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 1:<\/strong> Stelle zuerst die selbstgemachten Crepes her oder verwende gekaufte Tortillas\/Wraps deiner Wahl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 2:<\/strong> Erhitze in einer Pfanne das \u00d6l bei mittlerer Hitze und f\u00fcge die gew\u00fcrfelten Zwiebeln und Pilze hinzu. Lasse sie 3-4 Minuten lang anbraten und f\u00fcge dann die Kichererbsen, alle Gew\u00fcrze und Sojasauce hinzu. R\u00fchre gelegentlich um.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 3:<\/strong> Nun kannst du auch gleich den gehackten Knoblauch einr\u00fchren. F\u00fcge ebenfalls den frischen Spinat hinzu und brate alles noch 1-2 Minuten weiter und schalte danach die Herdplatte aus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 4:<\/strong> Gib die F\u00fcllung in eine K\u00fcchenmaschine\/Zerkleinerer oder einem Mixer und nutze ein paar Mal die Pulsfunktion (nicht \u00fcbertreiben, damit etwas Crunch \u00fcbrig bleibt). Du kannst auch einen P\u00fcrierstab verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 5:<\/strong> Verteile nun etwa 1 1\/2 bis 2 Essl\u00f6ffel der F\u00fcllung auf einem Crepe (oder einer Tortilla). Falte die Seiten ein und rolle den Crepe dann wie eine Zigarre auf. Wiederhole den Vorgang mit allen verbleibenden Crepes. Es gibt genug F\u00fcllung f\u00fcr ca. 7 Crepes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 6:<\/strong> Erhitze ein wenig \u00d6l in einer Pfanne und brate die Wraps von beiden Seiten einige Minuten lang goldbraun und knusprig an. Dieser Schritt ist optional, aber ich pers\u00f6nlich mag es, wenn sie w\u00e4rmer und knuspriger sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 7:<\/strong> Zum Garnieren kannst du frische Kr\u00e4uter nehmen (ich habe Petersilie verwendet). Einige andere Dip-Ideen sind meine <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/chinesische-szechuan-sauce\/\"><strong>chinesische Szechuan Sauce<\/strong><\/a> oder meine hausgemachte <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/hoisin-sauce-rezept\/\"><strong>Hoisin Sauce<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcge mehr Gem\u00fcse hinzu:<\/strong> Du kannst jedes andere Gem\u00fcse deiner Wahl hinzuf\u00fcgen, zum Beispiel Zucchini, gekochten Brokkoli, Spargel, Tomaten (ich wei\u00df, ist eine Frucht).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Falte sie anders:<\/strong> Du kannst sie wie ich aufrollen, sodass sie <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-gemuese-taquitos\/\"><strong>Taquitos\/Flautas<\/strong><\/a> \u00e4hneln, oder z.B. wie Dreiecke falten. In jedem Fall schmecken sie k\u00f6stlich!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gef\u00fcllte Wraps wie servieren?<\/strong> Um eine vollst\u00e4ndige Mahlzeit zu erhalten, k\u00f6nnen die veganen Wraps auch mit einem Salat serviert werden.
