Der Duft von gebratenem Knoblauch in \u00d6l oder Butter ist wahrscheinlich mein <strong>Lieblingsduft<\/strong>, wenn es um Lebensmittel geht. Aber im Ernst, wenn du auch ein Knoblauch-Fan bist, wirst du verstehen, was ich meine&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>In der Vergangenheit habe ich gerne Spaghetti Aglio e Olio in italienischen Restaurants gegessen. Es ist ein einfaches Gericht mit Knoblauch, Oliven\u00f6l, Parmigiano-Reggiano-K\u00e4se und Petersilie. Dieses Nudelgericht ist sehr lecker, aber das Problem ist, dass es aufgrund vom \u00d6l und K\u00e4se sehr viel Fett enth\u00e4lt. Du kannst jede andere St\u00e4rke deiner Wahl verwenden, z. B. Pfeilwurzelmehl\/St\u00e4rke oder Kartoffelst\u00e4rke. Tapiokamehl oder normales Mehl sollten auch in Ordnung sein.<\/p>\n<p>Ich liebe es auch, ein wenig <strong>Zitronensaft<\/strong> hinzuzuf\u00fcgen, da er einen sch\u00f6nen erfrischenden Kick hinzuf\u00fcgt! Ich habe einmal einen Teil der pflanzlichen Milch durch Wei\u00dfwein ersetzt (und den Zitronensaft weggelassen), was sich als Erfolg herausstellte. Sehr aromatisch und lecker! Weiter unten siehst du <strong>Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Fotos<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 1:<\/strong> Bereite zuerst deine Lieblingsnudeln (normale Nudeln, glutenfreie Nudeln oder getreidefreie Nudeln) zu. Koche die Nudeln in einem Topf gem\u00e4\u00df den Anweisungen auf der Packung. Sch\u00fctte dann den gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil des Nudelwassers ab, aber bewahre es in einer separaten Sch\u00fcssel auf (m\u00f6glicherweise ben\u00f6tigst du es sp\u00e4ter noch, um die Knoblauchsauce zu verd\u00fcnnen).<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 2:<\/strong> F\u00fcr die Sauce, vegane Butter (oder \u00d6l) in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne erhitzen und Knoblauch und die geschnittene Paprika hinzuf\u00fcgen. Etwa eine Minute braten, dabei h\u00e4ufig umr\u00fchren. F\u00fcge auch alle Gew\u00fcrze hinzu und r\u00fchre um, um alles gut zu vermischen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 3:<\/strong> In einer mittelgro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel Pflanzenmilch und Maisst\u00e4rke (oder eine andere St\u00e4rke) mit dem Schneebesen verr\u00fchren, bis keine Klumpen mehr vorhanden sind. Die Mischung dann in die Pfanne gie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 4:<\/strong> Einige Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Die Sauce wird schnell eindicken. F\u00fcge nun Zitronensaft, scharfe Sauce (oder Chiliflocken) und auch die gekochten Nudeln hinzu und r\u00fchre um.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 5:<\/strong> Zum Schluss probieren und die Gew\u00fcrze eventuell anpassen. F\u00fcge bei Bedarf mehr Salz\/schwarzen Pfeffer\/Gew\u00fcrze\/Zitronensaft hinzu. Lagere die Reste bis zu 3 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank. Falls du vorhast, eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Menge der Knoblauchso\u00dfe vorzubereiten, w\u00fcrde ich empfehlen, die Nudeln separat zu kochen, da sie am besten frisch schmecken, und die wei\u00dfe So\u00dfe in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank aufzubewahren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vegane Butter:<\/strong> Du kannst Margarine (ist normalerweise vegan) oder \u00d6l (z. B. Oliven\u00f6l) verwenden, falls du keine vegane Butter hast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pflanzliche Milch:<\/strong> Jede pflanzliche Milch wie Mandelmilch, Sojamilch, Hafermilch, Kokosmilch, Cashewmilch usw. kann verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etwas w\u00fcrziger oder weniger scharf:<\/strong> Falls du es gerne scharf magst, erh\u00f6he einfach die Menge an scharfer Sauce, f\u00fcge eine Chilischote oder einige Chiliflocken hinzu. Falls du empfindlich auf scharfes Essen reagierst oder ein Kleinkind\/Kind hast, dann lasse die scharfe Sauce weg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcge mehr Gem\u00fcse hinzu:<\/strong> Ob du es glaubst oder nicht, als ich das Rezept erstellte und Fotos von dem Gericht machte, hatte ich nur ein paar Paprikaschoten im K\u00fchlschrank.
