Ich verwende gerne Erdnussbutter (Erdnussmus), anstelle von Butter (oder Margarine), um gesunde Kekse zu backen. Zudem wurde ich oft gefragt, ob ich auch <strong>kohlenhydratarme Rezepte<\/strong> kreieren kann, also habe ich diese Low Carb Kekse aus einfachen Zutaten gebacken!<\/p>\n<p>Diese zuckerfreien Keto Kekse enthalten <strong>insgesamt nur 8 Zutaten<\/strong>, die du m\u00f6glicherweise bereits alle in deiner Speisekammer hast. Sieh dir hierzu die <strong>Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Bilder<\/strong> unten an:<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 1:<\/strong> Mache zuerst die Leinsameneier und so geht&#8217;s: Gemahlene Leinsamen und Wasser in eine kleine Sch\u00fcssel geben, verquirlen und 5 Minuten beiseite stellen. Ich empfehle, ganze Leinsamen in einer elektrischen Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle oder in einem Mixer zu mahlen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 2:<\/strong> Gib alle trockenen Zutaten f\u00fcr die Kekse in eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel und vermische sie mit einem Schneebesen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 3:<\/strong> F\u00fcge nun die feuchten Zutaten hinzu und r\u00fchre mit einem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t oder verwende einen L\u00f6ffel. Wenn der Teig zu trocken erscheint, f\u00fcge einfach etwas mehr Wasser oder Pflanzenmilch hinzu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 4:<\/strong> Du kannst auch 1 1\/2-2 Essl\u00f6ffel vegane Schokodrops oder Rosinen hinzuf\u00fcgen. Verwende f\u00fcr eine Keto-Version zuckerfreie Schokodrops oder N\u00fcsse\/Samen deiner Wahl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 5:<\/strong> Nimm etwa 1 geh\u00e4uften Essl\u00f6ffel des Teigs in deine Handinnenfl\u00e4che und forme daraus eine Kugel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 6:<\/strong> Lege die Teigkugeln auf das Backblech (mit Backpapier). Dr\u00fccke jede Teigkugel vorsichtig mit deinen H\u00e4nden oder der R\u00fcckseite eines L\u00f6ffels leicht nach unten. Du kannst Erdnussbutter\/mus ohne Salz verwenden, aber dann w\u00fcrde ich empfehlen, dem Keksteig eine Prise Salz hinzuzuf\u00fcgen! Erdnussbutter mit St\u00fccken (crunchy) ist auch gut!<\/p>\n<p>Bitte verwende kein <strong>Erdnussbutterpulver<\/strong> (wie z.B. Sie sind ein gro\u00dfartiger Genuss f\u00fcr Kinder und Erwachsene und k\u00f6nnen schnell zubereitet werden! #kekseohnezucker #gesundekekse #erdnussbutterkekse #veganekekse #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Tipps &amp; Alternativen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Weiche Kekse:<\/strong> Wenn du genau wie ich, weiche Kekse bevorzugst, empfehle ich, den Keksteig zu dickeren Kekse zu formen. Wenn du ihn zu d\u00fcnn machst, werden die Kekse nicht weich, sondern knusprig bzw. fester. Backe sie auch nicht zu lange, 13-16 Minuten sind perfekt (abh\u00e4ngig von deinem Backofen).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erdnussbutter\/mus:<\/strong> Gesunde Kekse lassen sich mit verschiedenen Nussmusen herstellen, z.B. Mandelmus, Cashewmus, Tahini oder Kokosmus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene N\u00fcsse\/Samen:<\/strong> Du kannst beliebige gemahlene N\u00fcsse (z.B. gemahlene Mandeln), Kokosraspeln (falls du Kokoskekse magst) oder Samen\/Kerne deiner Wahl verwenden. Bitte beachte, dass die Kekse aufgrund einer Reaktion mit dem Backpulver gr\u00fcnlich werden, falls du Sonnenblumenkerne verwendest. Sie sind immer noch essbar, es sieht jedoch etwas seltsam aus, haha.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmehl:<\/strong> Wenn du kein Kokosmehl hast, kannst du die doppelte Menge der meisten anderen Mehle verwenden. Ich habe 4 Essl\u00f6ffel Hafermehl probiert, was gut funktioniert hat. Hafermehl = gemahlene Haferflocken (die Haferflocken in einem Mixer mixen, bis es Mehl ist). Wenn du ein anderes Mehl ausprobierst (z.B. normales Mehl, falls du Gluten isst), w\u00fcrde ich mich unten in den Kommentaren \u00fcber ein Feedback freuen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Ich habe ein zuckerfreies S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel (Birkenzucker\/Xylit\/Xucker) f\u00fcr diese Kekse ohne Zucker verwendet. Du kannst aber auch Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker, Dattelzucker oder Zucker deiner Wahl nehmen. Die Low Carb Kekse sind dann jedoch nicht mehr kohlenhydratarm. Ein fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Ahornsirup sollte auch in Ordnung sein, aber dann musst du etwas mehr Mehl hinzuf\u00fcgen. Nimm Erythrit (z.B. Xucker Light) f\u00fcr eine Keto-Version.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wie lagere ich die Kekse?<\/strong> Lagere diese gesunden Kekse einige Tage in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter in der K\u00fcche oder etwa eine Woche im K\u00fchlschrank (wahrscheinlich sogar l\u00e4nger). Ich habe nur 1 1\/2 Essl\u00f6ffel vegane Schokodrops verwendet, aber man kann auch zuckerfreie Schokodrops (mit Xucker) nehmen, um Keto Kekse herzustellen. Ich habe das Produkt unten im Rezept (bei den Zutaten) verlinkt! Oder verwende eine Tafel milchfreie dunkle Schokolade, die zuckerfrei ist, und zerkleinere sie mit einem Messer.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist auch m\u00f6glich, deine eigene Keto-Schokolade herzustellen.
