Nun, ich genie\u00dfe sie sehr gern und mache mindestens zweimal pro Woche eine Portion meiner beliebten <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/pfannkuchen-vegan-glutenfrei-3-zutaten\/\"><strong>Bananen-Pfannkuchen<\/strong><\/a>, die aus nur 3 Zutaten bestehen. Da ich aber gern in meiner K\u00fcche experimentiere, habe ich das Pancake-Rezept leicht abgewandelt und zus\u00e4tzlich vegane Chocolate Chips hinzugef\u00fcgt. In manchen Rezepten, wie zum Beispiel in diesen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/low-carb-wraps-tortillas\/\"><strong>Low-Carb-Tortillas<\/strong><\/a>, kann es sehr n\u00fctzlich sein, in anderen dagegen, kann es zu einer Katastrophe f\u00fchren, weil es so viel Fl\u00fcssigkeit aufsaugt (Kokosmehl ist voller Ballaststoffe). Menschen, die sich nach der Paleo-Di\u00e4t ern\u00e4hren, verwenden es gern, da es low-carb (keto) ist und auch sehr gut vertragen wird. Offenbar funktioniert es am besten in traditionellen Rezepten, die viele Eier enthalten, aber keine Sorge, es kann auch eine tolle Zutat f\u00fcr diese Pancakes ohne Ei sein.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du Kokosmehl nur in kleinen Mengen verwendest und es mit einem anderen Mehl kombinierst, kann es die Textur von Backwaren wirklich verbessern. Diese glutenfreien Pfannkuchen enthalten eine Kombination aus Hafermehl und Kokosmehl. Ich habe die Mengen ein paar Mal ver\u00e4ndert, aber ich habe festgestellt, dass 60 g Hafermehl und 20 g Kokosmehl ein gutes Verh\u00e4ltnis sind.<\/p>\n<p>Hafermehl kann Backwaren etwas kompakt machen, aber wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, tr\u00e4gt die Zugabe von etwas Kokosmehl dazu bei, dass die Pfannkuchen ein wenig fluffiger werden. Damit wird das Ei in diesen eifreien Pfannkuchen ersetzt. Du kannst auch gemahlene Chiasamen ODER die H\u00e4lfte einer Banane (zerdr\u00fcckt) verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hafermehl:<\/strong> Ich habe Haferflocken benutzt, die ich in meiner elektrischen Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle gemahlen habe. Du kannst auch gekauftes Hafermehl (normal oder glutenfrei) nehmen. Buchweizenmehl k\u00f6nnte ein guter Ersatz sein, aber ich habe es in diesem Rezept noch nicht ausprobiert.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmehl:<\/strong> Wie oben erw\u00e4hnt, ist nur eine kleine Menge erforderlich. Es verbessert die Textur und macht diese glutenfreien Pfannkuchen etwas fluffiger.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backpulver:<\/strong> Es hilft beim Aufgehen des Teigs und sorgt f\u00fcr eine bessere Textur. Wenn du kein Backpulver hast, kannst du auch 1\/2 Teel\u00f6ffel Natron mit 1 Teel\u00f6ffel Apfelessig oder Zitronensaft verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> Nur eine Prise reicht aus, um den Geschmack zu verbessern.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Jedes fl\u00fcssige S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel ist gut geeignet, du kannst auch Dattelsirup oder braunen Reissirup nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzliche Milch:<\/strong> Du kannst f\u00fcr diese veganen Pancakes z.B. Kokosmilch light (aus der Dose) nehmen, die einen h\u00f6heren Fettgehalt hat, oder jede andere Pflanzenmilch (wie Sojamilch, Mandelmilch, Cashewmilch), aber zus\u00e4tzlich einen halben Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l dazugeben.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chocolate Chips:<\/strong> Ich habe vegane Chocolate Chips verwendet. Diese veganen Pfannkuchen lassen sich in ca. 20 Minuten zubereiten. Alles, was du brauchst, ist eine Sch\u00fcssel, eine Pfanne und die eben genannten Zutaten. Dazu musst du die Haferflocken nur etwa 30 Sekunden lang mixen, und schon ist dein Hafermehl fertig. Hafer ist glutenfrei, wird aber oft in Betrieben verarbeitet, die auch Weizen oder andere glutenhaltige Mehle verarbeiten. Bei sehr fettarmen Pflanzendrinks empfehle ich die Zugabe von einem halben EL \u00d6l.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Jedes fl\u00fcssige S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel kann verwendet
