Ich wollte meine eigene selbstgemachte Version machen, die nat\u00fcrlich vegan ist! Um Rinder-Hackfleisch zu \u00e4hneln, das h\u00e4ufig in traditionellen Rezepten f\u00fcr diese &#8222;loaded&#8220; Pommes verwendet wird, ist es am besten, Soja-Granulat zu verwenden, d.h. keine gro\u00dfen St\u00fccke. Ich hatte leider nur Sojaschnetzel in gro\u00dfen St\u00fccken zu Hause, also habe ich sie zuerst in warmem Wasser eingeweicht und dann die St\u00fccke in meiner K\u00fcchenmaschine (Zerkleinerer) zerkleinert.<\/p>\n<p>Falls du eine Sojaallergie hast, k\u00f6nntest du verschiedene andere Dinge verwenden. Eine Option w\u00e4re <strong>gekochte Linsen<\/strong>. Sie f\u00fcgen auch pflanzliches Protein und Ballaststoffe hinzu.<\/p>\n<p>Eine andere M\u00f6glichkeit w\u00e4re, <strong>gehackte N\u00fcsse<\/strong>, zum Beispiel <strong>Waln\u00fcsse<\/strong> oder <strong>Cashewn\u00fcsse<\/strong> zu verwenden. Du kannst auch <strong>Sonnenblumenkerne<\/strong> oder <strong>K\u00fcrbiskerne<\/strong> f\u00fcr eine nussfreie Version benutzen. Ich w\u00fcrde empfehlen, die N\u00fcsse oder Samen in hei\u00dfem Wasser kurz einzuweichen, bis sie etwas weicher sind. F\u00fcr mehr Textur kann die Kartoffelschale auch drangelassen werden.<\/li>\n<li>Die St\u00e4bchen in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel etwa 15 Minuten lang mit kaltem Wasser einweichen, dann das Wasser absch\u00fctten und die Kartoffelst\u00e4bchen trocken tupfen.<\/li>\n<li>Wische die Sch\u00fcssel mit einem Papiertuch aus, gib die Kartoffelst\u00e4bchen wieder rein und betr\u00e4ufle sie mit 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Speise\u00f6l. Gut vermischen, um die St\u00e4bchen von allen Seiten mit dem \u00d6l zu bedecken. Ich habe meine H\u00e4nde benutzt, aber du kannst auch einen Holzl\u00f6ffel nehmen. Lasse die Sojaschnetzel zuerst 5-10 Minuten in 500 ml warmem Wasser einweichen und sch\u00fctte danach das Wasser ab.<\/li>\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit Zwiebel und Knoblauch hacken. \u00d6l bei mittlerer Hitze in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die gew\u00fcrfelte Zwiebel hinzuf\u00fcgen. Einige Minuten anbraten, dann den Knoblauch und die abgetropften Sojaschnetzel hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Alle Gew\u00fcrze einr\u00fchren, auch die Sojasauce und den Balsamico-Essig hinzuf\u00fcgen und bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 4-5 Minuten braten. Dann die Herdplatte ausschalten und die Pfanne beiseite stellen.
