Die Hauptzutaten sind Sojasauce, Reiswein, Zucker, manchmal Austernsauce und eine Fleischbr\u00fche. Es gibt auch Variationen mit Rinderbr\u00fche oder H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche. Du kannst auch frische Chilis verwenden oder ein wenig scharfe Sauce (z.B. Tabasco) oder Sriracha je nach Geschmack hinzuf\u00fcgen! Falls du sehr empfindlich auf scharfes Essen reagierst (oder f\u00fcr Kleinkinder), dann lass die roten Chiliflocken weg und verwende auch weniger frischen Ingwer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pflanzen\u00f6l:<\/strong> Du kannst Raps\u00f6l oder ein anderes pflanzliches Speise\u00f6l deiner Wahl nehmen oder das \u00d6l ganz weglassen und durch Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche ersetzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Ich habe Ahornsirup verwendet, aber jeder andere S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel ist in Ordnung. Einige Beispiele sind Agavensirup, brauner Reissirup oder Dattelsirup. Du kannst auch normalen Zucker je nach Geschmack verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maisst\u00e4rke:<\/strong> Falls du an einer Maisallergie leidest, verwende einfach Pfeilwurzelmehl, Tapiokamehl\/St\u00e4rke oder Kartoffelst\u00e4rke. Jede Art von St\u00e4rke ist o.k. und verdickt die So\u00dfe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sojasauce:<\/strong> Ich habe <strong>glutenfreie dunkle Sojasauce<\/strong> verwendet. Du kannst auch eine Kombination aus heller Sojasauce und dunkler Sojasauce nehmen. Verwende unbedingt Tamari (oder eine glutenfreie Sojasauce), wenn du unter Z\u00f6liakie leidest.
