Einige Beispiele daf\u00fcr sind Quinoa-, Reis- und Maisnudeln, die man heutzutage in vielen Superm\u00e4rkten kaufen kann. Es gibt sogar Nudeln aus H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchten (z. B. Kichererbsennudeln, Linsennudeln usw.), die zudem noch getreidefrei sind. Sie enthalten auch mehr Eiwei\u00df und sind meiner Meinung nach die ges\u00fcndeste Variante. Wenn du keine Z\u00f6liakie hast und eine preisg\u00fcnstige Variante bevorzugst, kannst du nat\u00fcrlich auch normale Weizennudeln nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr Kinder zubereiten:<\/strong> Wenn in einem Rezept Chiliflocken enthalten sind, dann lasse sie einfach weg und gib sp\u00e4ter eine Prise \u00fcber dein eigenes Pasta-Gericht (sofern du scharfes Essen magst).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Das Nudelwasser salzen:<\/strong> Achte darauf, dass du gen\u00fcgend Salz ins Kochwasser gibst, sonst schmecken die Nudelgerichte fade.
