Die Samen sollten schwarz und frisch sein.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kokosmilch<\/strong> &#8211; Chia Pudding mit Kokosmilch ist mein Favorit, du kannst jedoch auch jede andere pflanzliche Milch verwenden. Einige Beispiele sind Mandelmilch, Cashewmilch, Hafermilch usw. Ich bevorzuge Dosen- oder <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kokosmilch-selber-machen-rezept\/\"><strong>selbstgemachte Kokosmilch<\/strong><\/a>, weil sie fettreicher ist und damit den Chia Kokos Pudding gehaltvoller und cremiger macht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erdnussmus<\/strong> &#8211; Ich habe Erdnussmus verwendet, aber du kannst auch Mandelmus oder Cashewmus, Sonnenblumenkernmus usw. verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kakaopulver<\/strong> &#8211; Du kannst auch rohes Kakaopulver verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel<\/strong> &#8211; Um den Chia Schoko Pudding keto-freundlich zu machen, sollte man Erythrit (z.B. Xucker Light) verwenden, da es keine &#8222;Nettokohlenhydrate&#8220; enth\u00e4lt. Dieses S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel hat n\u00e4mlich keinen Einfluss auf den Blutzucker- oder Insulinspiegel. Man k\u00f6nnte auch ein paar Tropfen Stevia verwenden. Falls es f\u00fcr dich keine Rolle spielt, ob der Chia Pudding keto-freundlich ist, dann kannst du jedes andere S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel deiner Wahl (wie z.B. Dann die Chiasamen hinzuf\u00fcgen, erneut umr\u00fchren, die Sch\u00fcssel abdecken und \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen. Am n\u00e4chsten Morgen die Mischung umr\u00fchren und in Gl\u00e4sern servieren. Du kannst etwas mehr Milch hinzuf\u00fcgen, wenn der Pudding zu dick ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chiapudding p\u00fcrieren:<\/strong> Wenn du die Textur von Chia-Pudding nicht magst und einen glatten Pudding bevorzugst, verwende einfach einen Stabmixer oder einen normalen Mixer, um den Schoko Chia Pudding zu p\u00fcrieren!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garniervorschl\u00e4ge:<\/strong> Um den Chia Samen Pudding keto-freundlich zu halten, garniere ihn mit N\u00fcssen, Samen usw. F\u00fcr eine kohlenhydratarme Version kannst du auch Blaubeeren, Himbeeren, Brombeeren, Erdbeeren usw. verwenden. Nat\u00fcrlich kannst du auch Bananen oder andere Fr\u00fcchte mit h\u00f6herem Kohlenhydratgehalt benutzen, wenn Kohlenhydrate zu deinen Freunden z\u00e4hlen. \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basisrezept:<\/strong> Du kannst dieses Chia Pudding Rezept als Basisrezept verwenden und das Kakaopulver einfach weglassen. 4 Essl\u00f6ffel Chiasamen auf 240 ml Fl\u00fcssigkeit ist ein gutes Verh\u00e4ltnis.
